Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the exterior wall of a building from peeling off by applying air-sucking exhaust pressure to a gap of peeling from another hole when injecting an adhesive, and filling the gap with the adhesive while drawing the exterior wall. CONSTITUTION:A hole 4 is bored in a gap 3 between the concrete portion of an exterior wall and finish mortar and an adhesive 6 is pressed into the hole using a grease gun 5 or a syringe. In this case, a vacuum pump 8 is connected to a suction hole 7 bored in a position other than the gap 3, and the back pressure 9 of the pump 8 causes the adhesive 6 to penetrate the gap 3 sufficiently. The surface of the wall under construction is constantly drawn inwards and thus prevented from falling; in this case, a transparent inspection pipe 11 is connected between the suction hole 7 and vacuum piping 10 to detect the degree of penetration.

[Detailed Description of the Invention] In November 1989, in Kitakyushu City, tiles were peeled off from the top floor of the 10-story housing complex of the Housing and Urban Development Corporation, and three similar passers-by have been injured. A series of accidents occurred, and recently there have been cases of injuries to several people such as students and children even in elementary and junior high school buildings. For these cases,
It has been investigated and investigated as an important issue nationwide, and at present, it is said that the mortar and tiles on the outer wall surface are floating and cracks are the cause of the accident. As a preventive measure against these accidents, we are urgently carrying out a comprehensive inspection of the outer walls of high-rise buildings and repair work such as injecting adhesive into the gaps in the tiles and cracks that may cause accidents. However, if the degree of this adhesive injection is too strong, the gap between the tile and the finishing mortar may be overfilled, causing the phenomenon of peeling. Conversely, insufficient filling is not allowed for the purpose of repair work. Therefore, in the current construction, the surface of the construction target is to be injected while being suppressed by some means, or the degree of the adhesive at the time of injection is carefully checked and the work is being performed. According to the mechanism of the present invention, this injection work can be carried out safely and speedily, and while the penetration condition is grasped by the adhesive sucked out to the back pressure hole side, which will be described later. Fig. 2 is a schematic view of an outer wall in which a gap (3) is formed between the concrete part (1) and the finishing mortar (2) in the outer wall of a high-rise building or the like, and this outer wall is shown in Fig. 2. It is a schematic view of a part of the structure repaired by cutting away. That is, open the injection hole (4) in the gap (3),
The adhesive (6) pushed by using a commercially available grease gun (5) or syringe is attached to the vacuum pump (8) connected to the suction hole (7) opened at another position of the gap (3). The back pressure (9) penetrates the gap (3) sufficiently, and the wall surface under construction is constantly attracted inward by the back pressure (9) applied to the gap (3) side, so there is a risk of falling off. There is no. At this time, if a transparent inspection pipe (11) is connected between the suction hole (7) and the vacuum pipe (10), the degree of penetration can be grasped. The number and positions of the injection holes and the suction holes, or adhesives colored in various colors can be used to precisely plan the work. In the first place, the fall accident of the outer wall and the repair work problem for this accident preventive measure are quite recent events that happened like blue sky, and there is little experience of repair work, so a qualified work form has not been established yet. . Therefore, few people have mastered the repair technique, and there is no rational and efficient instrument machine.
However, similar accidents occurred one after another, and the amount of construction work is increasing day by day. If the repair work is performed using the adhesive injection system of the present invention, the achievements of this industry will be immeasurable and the achievements of the industry will be immeasurable.

On the outer walls of buildings and high-rise buildings, we are working to inject an adhesive into each gap to prevent the surface finish mortar and tiles from floating and peeling off due to cracks. A mechanism to open a hole in the hole and apply back pressure (exhaust pressure) to the hole to suck in the adhesive injected from the injection hole.
