【発明の詳細な説明】 平成元年11月、北九州市に於いて、住宅・都市整備公
団の10階建て団地最上階から、タイルがはがれ落ち通
行人3人を死傷させて以来各地で同様な事故が連続発
生、最近小中学校の校舎でも生徒、児童等数人が怪我す
るような事件も起きている。これらの事件に就いては、
全国的に重要な課題として調査探求され現在の処、外壁
表面の仕上げモルタルやタイルの浮き並びにクラックが
事故の原因とされている。これらの事故予防対策とし
て、急遽高層建築物の外壁の総点検並びに事故発生の恐
れあるタイルの浮きやクラックの隙間に接着剤を注入す
る等の補修工事を行なっている。処が、この接着剤注入
の程度が強すぎるとタイルと仕上げモルタルの間の隙間
を充填し過ぎて剥離の現象を起こす恐れあり、充填不足
は補修工事の目的として許されない。従って、現行の工
事状況は、施工対象の表面を抑えながら注入するとか、
注入時の接着剤の程度を慎重に時間をかけて点検しなが
ら作業している。本考案の接着剤注入器は、注入の程度
を合理的にスピーディに把握しながら施工出来るもの
で、これを図面で説明すると第1図は本考案の注入器を
使って外壁の補修工事を行なっている処、第2図は本考
案の一例ピストル型接着剤注入器機構略図で、注入筒
(1)に封入されている接着剤(2)は、高圧配管
(3)から圧入され切換弁(4)で押出側(5)よりシ
リンダー(6)内に誘導される高圧空気(7)で押出さ
れるピストン(8)によってノズル(9)から壁内に注
入される。つづいて切換弁(4)で切り換えられた高圧
空気(7)は吸入側(10)より誘導されてピストン
(8)を旧位置に押し戻す。次に、シリンダー(6)の
排気側孔(11)と接着剤貯蔵タンク(12)とを結ぶ
排気管(13)から排出される排ガス圧(14)の内圧
でタンク(12)内の接着剤(15)が自動的に注入筒
(1)に送入される。尚、ピストン(8)の作動は常に
一定量の接着剤(2)を押しボタン(16)操作一回毎
に注入出来るので、接着剤の浸透程度が容易に把握でき
る。又、注入回数や注入量は、ピストン(8)の作動で
デジタル装置(17)に掲示出来るので合理的に施工で
きる。そもそも、外壁の落下事故およびこの事故予防対
策の為の補修工事問題は全く青天霹靂の如く起きた極く
最近の出来事であって、補修工事の実績少ないので適格
な工事形式は確立されてない。従って補修技術を体得す
るしている者少なく、合理的且つ能率的な器具機械は皆
無に等しい。然るに、同様な事故は次々と発生、工事量
は日毎に増えて行く一方である。本考案の接着剤注入器
及びこれを使用して行なう補修作業は、この世情の要望
に答えるもので業界に尽くす功績は計り知れぬものがあ

The adhesive injector of the present invention can be installed while grasping the degree of injection reasonably and speedily.
