It is known that a rectangular flat plate-shaped wall panel is used as a concrete formwork, and after pouring in-situ concrete as a filling material between the wall panels, the wall is constructed without removing the wall panels. Has been.

In the wall structure shown in the figure, a rectangular flat plate-shaped wall panel 1 is arranged in parallel at a predetermined distance according to the thickness of concrete, and if necessary, a reinforcing bar composed of vertical bars 2 and horizontal bars 3 After that, the cast-in-place concrete 4 is placed between the wall panels 1 to bury the reinforcing bar inside the concrete 4, and the exposed surface of the concrete 4 is covered with a wall material such as a wall board 5 or the like. It was built by.

That is, when the wall panels 1 are arranged side by side, perforations are preliminarily formed at predetermined positions facing each other, and the threaded portions 7 at both ends of the separator 6 are inserted into the perforations, thereby providing a large diameter on both sides. The outer surfaces of the bridges 8 and 9 are brought into contact with the facing surfaces of the panel 1, and a nut (not shown) is screwed onto the screw portion 7.

As described above, the exposed surface of the concrete 4 is covered with a wall plate (wall material) 5 such as a gypsum board via a plaster adhesive, or a coating material (wall material) such as plaster or resin mortar.
Is widely applied.

Therefore, when the whole building is covered with a heat insulation material, a heat insulation material is separately prepared. , It was necessary to mount it around the wall so as to surround the entire building.

Since the force is considerably weak, the coating material (wall material) cannot be peeled off too thick in order to prevent the coating material (wall material) from being peeled off, and thus cracks and unevenness are likely to occur. In order to prevent this, as described above, there is a problem that it is necessary to use resin mortar which is considerably expensive.

Since it itself has high heat insulation performance, the wall of the heat insulation structure can be constructed quickly, easily and inexpensively. In addition, in the above-described embodiment, the peripheral wall surface 14 is used as the base groove 12.
An example is shown in which the wall coating surface 11 and the wall material application surface 11 intersect each other at an acute angle. However, as shown in FIG.
Of the bottom surface 14b is a horizontal surface, and an upward protrusion 14c is provided at the end portion on the front surface side, or as shown in FIG.
It is possible to prevent the wall material such as the cement mortar 15 from flowing downward by providing the projections 14c and the recesses 14d.
