た上シール９を引くことにより、それに連動する下蓋８
が開き、調味料を飲料用容器の中に落し込むことにより
調合する。 以上の如く装置された、調味料容器一体型の飲料用容

開閉する上蓋７、下蓋８を備えた調味料入れ６を設け
る。調味料入れ６は、調味料が落ちたあと、空洞ができ
るものを設ける。上蓋７、下蓋８は上シール９、下シー
ル１０により接着し、調味料を外部と遮断するために密
封する。上シール９は、開封後も上蓋７から取れないよ
うに強く接着し、再び封が出来るようにするとともに、
開封したままにすることもできるものとする。下シール
１０は取り去ることができるものとする。 （ハ） 飲料と調味料の調合方法は、飲料用容器１の
蓋２に調味料入れ６をはめ込み、調味料入れ６の底に設
けた下シール１０をはがしたのち、上蓋７と一体となっ
た上シール９を引くことにより、それに連動する下蓋８
を開閉させることにより行う。 （ニ） 飲料用容器１と調味料入れ６は一体で処分で
きるものとする。以上の如く装置された、調味料容器一
