Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide spotless synthetic lumber and a method for manufacturing the spotless synthetic lumber which almost never differs from natural spotless lumber in outward appearance and is easily formed in a large amount at a low cost. CONSTITUTION:Synthetic lumber A is manufactured by sticking the front and back facing and the right and left side edge lumber which have grain patterns (b), (c) on the surface to the front and back of a square frame body and to the side end parts thereof. The front cut end lumber 6 and the rear cut end lumber are stuck on the front and rear both sides of the frame body. The front cut end lumber 6 and the rear cut end lumber have a cut end grain pattern (d) nearly coincident with the grain pattern (b) of the facing 2 stuck to the frame body.

As shown in FIG. 10 (a), this product forms a rectangular hollow frame with vertical and horizontal members 50 and 51, and surface materials 52 and 53 such as veneer and printed decorative material are attached to the front and back of the frame. By covering the hollow portion, an integrated plate member 54 is formed.Furthermore, edge members 55 and 56 of the same quality as the surface member attached to the front and back of the frame are formed on the front, rear, left and right end faces, respectively. It is attached.

However, the synthetic plate material 54 has grain-like or grain-like wood grain on the front and back parts by the adhered surface materials 52 and 53, and it looks like a natural solid plate in plan view. However, the front and rear left and right edges, especially the front and rear edges, that is, the edge portion, have a surface material with wood grain or 55, 56.
However, it was uncomfortable as a solid board because it had a different grain from that of natural boards, and it was a product that had a reduced commercial value.

As described above, the solid-like synthetic material of the present invention and the method for manufacturing the same include the front and back materials and the left and right side edges having a grain pattern on the front and back and side edges of the rectangular frame. In a synthetic material to which a material is attached, a front small piece and a rear small piece having front and back sides of the frame having a small grain pattern that substantially matches the grain pattern of the surface material attached to the frame By attaching it, it is possible to easily form a synthetic material that has almost the same visual appearance as that of natural solid wood, and it is possible to mass-produce industrially and to produce high-quality products. It has a special effect that it can be molded at low cost.
