検索するステップと、 検索結果一致した移動機の装置番号を検出するとその接
続を切断するステップと、 検索結果一致する移動機の装置番号がないと判定した場
合、該ローマーの移動機に関しホーム局に向けて位置登
録のデータアクセスを行い、その結果非加入と判定され
た場合、該移動機の装置番号を当該移動電話交換局に備
えられているビジター局用のブラックリストに記録する
