数の遊星歯車15bと、これらに噛合する太陽歯車15aとを
備えた常時噛合式に形成されている。このリクライニン
グ機構11のロック機構15はベース12及びアーム13の相互
に対向する一部に設けた円形凹部12a,13aの内周に内歯
部を夫々形成し、この円形凹部12a,13aの中心に太陽歯
車15aを配設し、この太陽歯車15aの外周に複数の遊星歯
車15bを配設した従来公知の機構、例えば特開昭63-3189
11号公報に示される機構を用いている。そして、前記ベ
ース12の前端はシートスライド装置1の可動レール3に
回動軸14により回動可能に枢支され、またベース12の中
央より後方位置のベース12の後部にフック部材16が枢支
ピン16aにより枢支され、このフック部材16の爪部16bが
フック部材16の下方に位置する可動レール3の接続フラ
ンジ4に溶接等により固着されたストライカー18に係合
し得るようになされている。フック部材16はスプリング
材26により常時ストライカー18と係合する方向に付勢さ
れ、またこのスプリング材26の付勢に抗してフック部材
16を遠隔操作するワイヤ固定用の突起16cがフック部材1

ることができる安全性及び経済性に優れたシートベルト
