ルム端縁を縦シールし製品落下充填筒の下方へ包装筒と
して繰り出して被包装物を製品落下充填筒を通して包装
筒内に落下充填し、包装筒の被包装物の上下箇所に対し
てボックスモーションを行う一対の横シール・カット用
カッタ付ヒータで横シール・カットするようになってい
る縦形製袋充填包装方法において、前記被包装物は消臭
ボール、あめ玉、弾性プラスチックボール等の球体が対
象であり、前記製品落下充填筒の直径を前記球体の直径
よりも若干大きくして球体が製品落下充填筒内で一列状
に重なるように前記球体を供給し、製品落下充填筒の直
ぐ下側で包装筒が所要偏平になるように一対のシャッタ
ーの間隔を狭めて製品落下充填筒の下端から球体Wの繰
り出しを阻止し、この状態で、該一対のシャッターの直
ぐ下側で前記一対の横シール・カット用カッタ付ヒータ
を閉じて包装筒を横二条シールしかつシール間をカット
し、前記一対のシャッターを開いてから該一対の横シー
ル・カット用カッタ付ヒータを下降して包装筒を下方へ
引き、包装筒内の球体が一袋分の数だけシャッターを通
過する時点で前記一対のシャッターの前記間隔を狭める
動作を行い、引き続き横シール・カット用カッタ付ヒー
タを若干寸法下降して包装筒を引いてシャッターの直ぐ
下の球体とシャッターで止められた球体を所要離間さ
せ、次いで、前記一対の横シール・カット用カッタ付ヒ
ータを開いて包装品を切り離して上昇復帰してから、前
記若干寸法離間した球体間において前記一対の横シール
・カット用カッタ付ヒータの前記シール・カット動作を
行うことを一包装サイクルとすることを特徴とする球体
の縦形製袋充填包装方法。
