Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a cleaning device for bathtub hot water having a sterilizing device capable of executing easy and effective sterilization with no harms at all on the human body. CONSTITUTION:This cleaning device is provided with a main cleaning pipeline 14 mainly consisting of filtration to subject the hot water 2 in a bathtub 1 lifted by a hot water lifting pipe 3 to a cleaning treatment by a filter tank 5, etc., and to return the hot water again from a hot water spouting pipe 9 to the bathtub 1. The device is also provided with a pipeline 15 for sterilizing independently from this main cleaning pipeline 14. The hot water 2 in the bathtub 1 is lifted with the pipeline 15 from a hot water suction pipe 16 for sterilizing with a circulating pump 17, for sterilizing stored in a tank 18 for sterilizing and spouted again from a spouting pipe 19 for sterilizing to the bathtub 1 after the hot water is sterilized for a prescribed time by spouting a prescribed amt. of the ozonized air formed by an ozonizer 8 and sent from an air feed pipe 21, from an air diffusion plate 20. As a result, the hot water is subjected to a sterilizing treatment with the amt. of the ozonized air necessary and for the time necessary according to the degree of contamination of the hot water in the sterilizing pipeline regardless of the cleaning in the main cleaning pipeline and, therefore, the perfect ozone sterilization is executed in the state of not releasing the ozone from the inside of the hot water without allowing the unreacted ozone to remain in the hot water.

However, as described above, when ozone is sterilized by directly mixing ozone into the hot water circulating in the cleaning pipe, the reaction is completed with a short reaction time according to the circulation rate of the hot water. Since it must be sterilized, excess ozone is inevitably mixed in the hot water.

As a result, a large amount of unreacted ozone remains in the hot water, and when hot water containing unreacted ozone is jetted out into the bathtub, a large amount of ozone is discharged from the bathtub into the bathroom. As a result, the bather not only feels unpleasant by smelling the unique ozone odor, but is also anxious about the health hazard if inhaled.

In order to prevent ozone from being released into the bathroom and damaging the bather in this manner, ozone is mixed into the hot water in a pipe line upstream of the bathtub, and hot water is added before the hot water enters the bathtub. It is considered that unreacted ozone is separated from the inside by a gas-liquid separator, the separated ozone is decomposed by a decomposer to make it harmless, and then exhausted.

However, when the gas-liquid separation device is provided, the main body of the cleaning device becomes complicated and expensive, and the ozone separated from the hot water cannot be easily decomposed because it is moist, and the decomposition is completed. Requires a fairly large and expensive cracker.

That is, the present invention is a bathtub hot water purifying device for cleaning hot water in a bathtub by forcibly circulating the hot water in a bathtub through a circulation path provided with various cleaning devices. In, independent of the main cleaning pipe which mainly sucks the hot water in the bathtub from the hot water pipe and filters it by the filter device, further heats it with a heater and then jets it again from the hot water pipe into the bathtub, A bathtub hot water purifying device characterized by having a sterilization pipe line for sucking hot water in a bathtub from a sterilization hot water pipe, storing it in a sterilization tank and sterilizing it and then ejecting it from the sterilization hot water pipe into the bathtub, Also, the sterilization pipeline is a device for cleaning bathtub hot water, characterized in that it is connected to a main cleaning pipeline through a sterilization spray pipe that sprays hot water after sterilization, and the sterilization tank further comprises a sterilization suction pipe. The hot water that was sucked up from the hot water pipe and stored A cleaning device of the bath water, characterized in that produced by the ozonized air ejected from the air diffuser plate is ozone sterilization tank to a predetermined time ozone sterilized Naiza.

When the sterilization spout tube of the sterilization pipeline is connected to the main cleaning pipeline, if the connection position is the suction side pipeline of the circulation pump, the suction force of the circulation pump is used as it is, and the connection position is the circulation pump. In the case of the discharge side pipe, the suction force of the edger part that narrows the pipe diameter to speed up the flow rate of hot water is used to circulate the main purification line without installing a circulation pump in the sterilization line. The hot water can be circulated by the action of the pump.

Therefore, in this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 4, the electromagnetic valve 27 of the sterilizing hot water suction pipe 16 is closed so that hot water cannot be stored in the sterilizing tank 18, and the ozonizer 8 is used.
If the solenoid valve 23 of the air supply pipe 21 is opened without activating, the jet flow containing air is jetted from the jet nozzle 11 at the tip of the spout pipe 9 to form a bubble bath.

As a result, even if ozone sterilization, which causes a problem of release of unreacted ozone, can be sterilized with a necessary minimum amount of ozone for a sufficient time, and as a result, almost no unreacted ozone remains in the hot water. With this, complete sterilization can be performed, and there is no need to worry about ozone release into the bathroom. Therefore, even if sterilization is performed during bathing, it does not harm the bather.

In this device, the sterilization time can be easily changed by controlling the operation time of the sterilization circulation pump or the opening / closing time of the valve provided in the pipeline, so that the sterilization time can be changed manually or automatically depending on how dirty the hot water is. By controlling the sterilization time together with the amount of ozonized air mixed, as described above, complete sterilization can be performed without leaving unreacted ozone.
