In the past, sterilization of hot water was conventionally performed by chlorine sterilization with chemicals, but recently, a small high-pressure discharge type ozone generator, so-called ozonizer, was developed.
As shown in FIG. 8, most devices use an ozonizer for easy sterilization.

The jet nozzle 11 attached to the tip of the spout tube 9 is provided with an ejector portion for inhaling air by using a negative pressure formed by accelerating the flow velocity of the hot water to mix air into the hot water. At this time, air is sucked into the intake pipe 12 when the solenoid valve 13 provided at the intake port is open, and a jet flow mixed with air is jetted from the jet nozzle 11 into the bathtub 1.
It becomes a so-called bubble bath that is jetted into the interior, and when the ozonizer 8 is operating, the air that is drawn in is ozoned,
The hot water 2 in the bathtub 1 is sterilized by ozone.

However, as described above, when ozone is sterilized by directly mixing ozone into the hot water circulating in the cleaning pipe, the reaction is completed with a short reaction time according to the circulation rate of the hot water. Since it has to be sterilized, excess ozone is inevitably mixed in the hot water.

As a result, a large amount of unreacted ozone remains in the hot water, and when hot water containing a large amount of unreacted ozone is jetted into the bathtub, a large amount of ozone is discharged from the bathtub to the bathroom. It is released into the bath and the bather not only becomes uncomfortable by sniffing the unique ozone odor, but it is also anxious about the health hazard if inhaled.

As described above, in order to prevent ozone from being released into the bathroom and harming the bather, ozone is mixed into the hot water in a pipe line upstream from the bathtub to remove the ozone from the hot water before entering the bathtub. It is also conceivable that unreacted ozone is separated by a gas-liquid separation device, the separated ozone is decomposed by a decomposition device to be harmless, and then exhausted.

However, since the gas-liquid separation device is provided, the cleaning device itself becomes complicated and expensive, and the ozone separated from the hot water cannot be easily decomposed because it is moist, and the decomposition is completely completed. In order to do so, a fairly large-scale and expensive disassembling device is required, which is not practical as a device for cleaning bath water.

Recently, in order to overcome the drawbacks of the ozone sterilization method in which ozone generated by the ozonizer is directly mixed with the hot water circulating in the cleaning pipeline, ultraviolet sterilization is often used.

In this sterilization method, an ultraviolet irradiating device having an ultraviolet irradiating lamp is installed in a cleaning conduit of bath water together with other cleaning equipment such as a filtering device in series, and the cleaning conduit is circulated. It is a method of sterilizing hot water by irradiating it with ultraviolet rays.

When the ultraviolet sterilizer is arranged in series in the cleaning pipe as described above, the sterilization time is determined by the circulation speed of the hot water and the size of the ultraviolet irradiation device, and the effect of other cleaning treatments such as filtration. Considering the above, the circulation speed of the hot water cannot be so slow, and the ultraviolet irradiation device cannot be made so large considering the size of the device, so the sterilization time was naturally shortened and it was difficult to completely sterilize the hot water.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a bath water purifying device for circulating hot water in a bath in a circulation path to filter dirt on the bath with a filtering device. Cleaning means for sucking up the hot water pipe to circulate the circulation path including the filtering means and returning it from the first hot water pipe to the bath to filter dirt on the hot water; and hot water in the bath from the second hot water pipe. Sterilizing and circulating means for circulating the circulation path including the sucking and sterilizing means to return the second hot water pipe to the bath to sterilize the hot water, and to circulate the circulation speed of the hot water circulating through the circulation path of the sterilizing and circulating means to the cleanliness. The problem was solved by providing a bathtub hot water cleaning device characterized in that it is slower than the circulation speed of the hot water of the purifying means. Further, the present invention relates to a bath water purifying device which circulates the hot water in the bathtub through a circulation path to filter dirt of the hot water by a filtering device, and sucks the hot water in the bathtub from a first hot water pipe to filter means. A cleaning means for circulating a circulation path including the water from the first spout pipe back to the bath to filter dirt in the hot water;
Of the hot water circulating in the circulation path of the sterilization circulation means by circulating the circulation path containing the sterilization means from the hot water suction pipe and returning it from the second hot water pipe to the bath to sterilize the hot water. The problem has been solved by providing a bathtub hot water cleaning device characterized in that the time for which sterilization is effective can be set. Furthermore, the present invention provides a bathtub hot water purifying device characterized in that the circulation path of the sterilization circulation means is provided with a tank for sterilization for temporarily storing circulating hot water. Settled.

The present invention is constructed as described above, and since the ultraviolet ray sterilization pipeline is independent of the main purification pipeline mainly composed of filtration, it is not affected by the hot water treatment rate of the main purification pipeline. Then, it can be sterilized by UV light for the required time depending on how dirty the hot water is.

Therefore, even if the ultraviolet sterilization method is adopted as the sterilization method, the ultraviolet irradiator can be effectively sterilized because it can be sterilized in a sufficient amount of time even if it is small.

When the sterilization spout tube of the sterilization line is connected to the main cleaning line, if the connection position is the suction side line of the circulation pump, the suction force of the circulation pump is used as it is, and the connection position is the circulation pump. In the case of the discharge side pipe, the suction force of the edger part that narrows the pipe diameter to speed up the flow rate of hot water is used to circulate the main purification line without installing a circulation pump in the sterilization line. The hot water can be circulated by the action of the pump.

Further, a diffusing plate is provided in the ultraviolet sterilization tank to mix air into the hot water, and the wavelength is 100 to 300 nm.
When ultraviolet rays containing a short wavelength to a long wavelength are irradiated, the air mixed with the short wavelength ultraviolet rays having a wavelength of about 185 nm is ozonized and the effect of ozone sterilization is also given in addition to the sterilizing effect of the ultraviolet rays themselves.

Moreover, the ozone which is generated by the irradiation of short wavelength ultraviolet rays and remains unreacted is decomposed into harmless oxygen when irradiated with long wavelength ultraviolet rays having a wavelength of around 250 nm, and the oxygen generated by this decomposition is active. Furthermore, since it acts to sterilize and decomposes inorganic and organic substances in hot water, not only does unreacted ozone remain in the hot water and it does not harm the human body, but cleaning of the hot water becomes more effective. .
