置孔9,10を除く上記ブロック6部分に軸方向に貫通
せしめた多数のガス通孔11と、上記配置孔9,10の
一端に夫々対向する上記ボックス5部分に形成したシー
ズヒーター7及びサーモスタット8の挿入孔12と、そ
の蓋13とにより構成せしめる。なお、14はリード線
