(Prior Art) Conventionally, in a rotary electric machine stator, there is a structure in which a coil is wound around a bobbin having flanges at both ends of a body and the bobbin is inserted into a core. Among these, there is one in which the connection structure between the coil end and the lead wire is as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5. In both of these figures, reference numeral 1 is a bobbin which is inserted into a core (not shown) and which has collar portions 3 and 4 at both ends of the body portion 2. A coil end insertion groove 5 is formed on one of the flanges 3, and wall portions 6 are formed opposite to both edge portions of the groove 5, and the wall portions 6 and 6 are provided with an opening. A connection board portion 8 having an outgoing wire insertion hole 7 is formed.

Thus, the core wire 9a of the lead wire 9 is passed through the lead wire insertion hole 7 from the bottom to the top, and the end portion (winding start end portion) 10a of the coil 10 is pulled in the coil end insertion groove 5 with a slight tendency. To the core wire 9a, and bend the connecting portion A toward the coil insertion groove 5 side to form the wall portion.
It is arranged to be housed between 6 and 6. The reason why the connecting portion A is bent is to prevent the connecting portion A from being in an upright state, which may result in poor assembling workability and injury during the work. The reason why the bending direction is directed to the coil end insertion groove 5 side is to prevent the breakage by loosening the coil end 10a, which was slightly stretched.

(Problems to be solved by the invention) By the way, in order to ensure the connection between the core wire 9a of the lead wire 9 and the coil end portion 10a, the protrusion length from the core wire 9a to the connection base portion 8 should be increased. However, in the above structure,
When the connecting portion A is bent, the connecting portion A comes close to the coil 10 from above through the coil end insertion groove 5, which causes an insufficient insulation distance between the coil 10 and the connecting portion A. there were. Further, due to this, there is a drawback that the number of turns of the coil 10 is restricted and the number of turns cannot be increased. Furthermore, when the coil end 10a is loosened, the coil end 10a may loosen toward the coil 10 side.
The potential difference between the coil end portion 10a and the coil 10 may cause a layer short circuit.

[Structure of the Invention] (Means for Solving the Problems) The present invention relates to a rotating electric machine stator in which a coil is wound around a bobbin having flanges at both ends of a body and the bobbin is inserted into a core. In the coil end insertion groove formed in the one flange portion of the bobbin, and one end portion in the coil end insertion groove formed along the outer surface of the one flange portion. A protective wall that forms a communicating lead-out groove, a connection base portion formed at the other end of the lead-out groove, and a connection base portion that is formed so as to open vertically, and the outer sheath of the lead wire is inserted through the lower portion. And a core wire insertion hole portion that is set to a diameter dimension that communicates with the outer insertion hole portion and allows only the core wire of the lead wire to be inserted therethrough. A lead wire insertion hole is provided, and the lead wire having the core wire exposed at the tip is passed through the lead wire insertion hole from below to move the lead wire in front. The core wire of the lead wire and the coil end are connected above the connection base while projecting upward from the connection base, and the coil end is passed through the coil end insertion groove and the lead-out groove. It is characterized in that it is bent inwardly at one end side and is accommodated in the lead-out groove.

(Operation) When the lead wire is inserted into the lead wire insertion hole of the connection base portion from below, the insertion of the outer cover of the lead wire is restricted by the upper end of the outer cover insertion hole portion, and as a result, the core wire is inserted into the connection base portion. The position of the core wire is reliably positioned, and the protruding length of the core wire from the connection base is regulated to be constant. Therefore, the connection is simple, there is no excess or deficiency in the connection length, and further, since the connection portion does not become long, the connection portion does not protrude from the lead-out groove. The connecting portion that connects the core wire and the coil end portion is bent inward of the lead-out groove along the outer surface of the collar portion of the bobbin and accommodated in the lead-out groove. The isolation is ensured via the part, so that there is sufficient insulation between the connection and the coil. Further, since the connecting portion does not approach the coil from above, the number of coil turns can be increased. Further, by bending the connecting portion inward of one end of the lead-out groove, that is, inward of the coil end insertion groove, the coil end is naturally loosened to prevent disconnection. Also in this case, since the end portion of the coil is reliably separated from the coil by the collar portion, no layer short circuit occurs.

(A) The lead wire insertion hole of the connection base portion, and the outer jacket insertion hole portion having a diameter dimension that allows the outer jacket of the lead wire to be inserted therethrough,
Since the upper portion is formed so as to have a core wire insertion hole portion communicating with the outer insertion hole portion and having a diameter dimension capable of inserting only the core wire of the lead wire, the lead wire insertion hole of the connection base portion is formed. When the lead wire is inserted from below, the insertion of the jacket of the lead wire is restricted by the upper end of the outer jacket insertion hole, and as a result, the core wire can be reliably positioned in this connection base part, and moreover, the connection base part The protruding length of the core wire from the can be regulated to be constant. As a result, the connection is simple, there is no excess or deficiency in the connection length, and further, since the connection portion does not become long, the connection portion does not protrude from the lead-out groove.

(B) The connection portion between the core wire of the lead wire and the coil end portion is bent inward of the lead-out groove along the outer surface of the collar portion of the bobbin so as to be housed and arranged in the lead-out groove. The part is reliably separated from the coil existing in the body part of the bobbin via the collar part, and as a result, sufficient insulation between the connection part and the coil can be achieved. Further, since the connecting portion does not approach the coil from above, the number of turns of the coil can be increased.

(C) Further, the coil end lead-out groove is provided on one end side of the lead-out groove, and the connection base portion is provided on the other end side, and the connection portion in the connection base portion is inwardly directed to the one-end side of the lead-out groove. By bending, it is possible to naturally loosen the coil end and prevent disconnection. In this case, since the loose coil end is located in the lead-out groove existing outside the flange, the coil end is also reliably separated from the coil, and as a result, a layer short circuit does not occur.

A lead wire insertion hole having a core wire insertion hole portion having a diameter dimension which is communicated with the outer jacket insertion hole portion and has only a core wire of the lead wire inserted therethrough, and the lead wire insertion hole A lead wire whose core is exposed at the tip is passed through the hole from below so that the core wire is projected upward from the connection base, and The core wire of the lead wire and the coil end are connected above the connection base by passing the coil end through the end insertion groove and the lead-out groove, and bending the connection inward toward one end of the lead-out groove. A lead wire connection device for a rotating electric machine stator, wherein the lead wire connection device is housed in the lead-out groove.
