Abstract

PURPOSE:To facilitate transportation of an outdoor device of a separate type air conditioner by a method wherein at least two locations of an upper segment of the outdoor device is provided with connector rings with main body of swivels, the swivels having a belt therein are connected to these rings and the belt can be hung at a shoulder and the outdoor device can be lifted up. CONSTITUTION:The outdoor device 6 of an air conditioner stores a compressor, a heat exchanger, valves, connector pipes, a blowing fan, a blowing fan motor and controlling electrical parts and the like as well as an outer box 2 for covering these members. Connector rings 1 are formed at upper right and left two locations of the outer box 2 in a longitudinal direction of it and the outer box 2 is cut and raised. Then, removable swivel rings 4 arranged at both ends of a belt 5 are removably engaged with each of the connector rings 1 arranged at right and left two locations, respectively, and under this state, the belt 5 is set at a shoulder and the outdoor device is carried. With such an arrangement as above, if the belt 5 having the swivel rings therein is prepared, everybody can easily lift up the outdoor device 6 and its transportation can be easily carried out.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to the structure of an outdoor unit of a separation type air conditioner.

2. Description of the Related Art With the aging society, the air conditioner installation workers are getting older and the shortage of manpower is becoming a problem. Since the outdoor unit of the air conditioner is equipped with a heavy load such as a compressor, it is difficult to carry it alone, and it is not preferable in terms of occupational hygiene. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION According to the present invention, a connecting ring with a eggplant ring main body is provided at least at two locations above an outdoor unit of a separation type air conditioner, and a belt-attached eggplant ring is drawn to the connecting ring. It has been known for a long time that the method of hanging it on the shoulder is effective as a method for transporting heavy objects only by hand.
According to the present invention, connecting belts are provided at two positions above an outdoor unit of an air conditioner by using a belt with an eggplant ring, which is separately prepared, and the eggplant ring is connected to the connecting rings so that the belt is hung on the shoulder. FIG. 6 shows another embodiment of the connecting ring. In this embodiment, the connecting ring is a separate component from the outdoor unit body and is screwed to the outdoor unit body. Here, the connecting ring and the outdoor unit main body may be joined by welding such as spot welding. In this embodiment, since there is no hole in the outer box of the connecting ring portion, the waterproof structure is excellent.

FIG. 7 shows a state in which the connecting ring 1 is provided at two places on the upper side surface of the outdoor unit 6 on the right and left sides, and the belt 5 is attached to the eggplant ring 4 and carried from the shoulder. With this structure, if a belt with an eggplant ring is prepared, anyone can easily lift and carry it.

According to the present invention, since the connecting ring 1 for connecting the eggplant ring main body is provided above the outdoor unit 6 of the separation type air conditioner, at least at two locations, the eggplant with a belt is provided. Connecting the rings, hanging the belt over the shoulder and lifting it up makes it easier to carry.

[Claims] 1. An outdoor unit for a separation-type air conditioner, comprising a connection ring for connecting an eggplant ring main body to at least two upper portions of the outdoor unit for the separation-type air conditioner.
