との振動を分断しかつ該構内の物質3が振動を吸収する
ので、切削時に、刃部5の切削作用によって外周部から
励起される振動が該中間溝で断絶され、また丸鋸空転時
に刃部5等により励起されるカルマン渦の周波数と鋸自
体の固有振動数とが一致しない様に吸収され減衰され、
こうしてある特定域で発生する共振、共鳴の問題を非常
に効果的に解消していた。

的に影響しあい一層複合的なものとなっている。このよ
うな複合的騒音は、特定帯域で生ずる共振による金属音
と同様に、現場作業員にとっては非常に耳障りな音とな
っている。

穴18の径を変化させそこに埋込む物質16によりバランス
を調製する必要がある。1つの溝に複数の穴を形成した
場合にはバランス修正がより容易になしうる。

考案の効果 本考案の本体は、埋込物質を異なる半径位置に埋込んで

単一波形に集中させるのを避ける事が出来、これにより
各スリット間の互いの振動を抑制し合い、鋸自体の振れ
を規制する振動波形の全振動帯域での振幅を小さくでき
る。こうして多種多様な帯域での振動及び周波数をその
全域に亘り効果的に吸収しかつ減衰させ、共振共鳴の防
禦と共に騒音を不快感がない量まで減少させることが出
来る。また鋸の横づれを減少させ切削肌の良い切削作業
が可能である。
