A cover member which covers the attraction surface of the magnetic base portion and a portion other than the retaining portion for removal and is integrally connected to the upper portion of the magnetic base portion, and an upper portion of the cover member. A lower holding member integrally provided on the cover member, and a lower end of the lower holding member which is pivotably attached to the base end of the lower holding member so as to be openable and closable in a closed state. An intermediate sandwiching member that forms a first sandwiching space between the lower sandwiching members, and the intermediate sandwiching member and the lower sandwiching member in a closed state pivotably attached to the base end portions of the lower sandwiching member so as to be openable and closable.
