CONSTITUTION:Root surface parts for securing a denture in place comprises a body 1, made of non-magnetic material, embedded in the root of a tooth, and a holder plate, made of soft magnetic material, installed on the edge surface of the body on the opposite side of a permanent assembly embedded in the denture base; the holder plate is fitted to a recess 10 formed on the edge surface of the body 1, having a female screw 11 penetrating through the side thereof, by turning a male screw into the female screw.

料からなる保持板3が設けられているため、MRIにお
ける画像を乱すこととなる。そしてこの保持板3は根面
部材1に鋳ぐるみ若しくは鋳接によって一体に設けられ
ているため、簡単には取外すことができない。従って永
久磁石による磁気吸引力を利用した義歯固定手段を適用
した個人には、MRIによる診断ができないという問題
点がある。

から成る棒材を挿入して固定する、という技術的手段を
採用した。前記(1)の手段の場合は、おねじを回転除
去することにより保持板を除去することができる。ま
た、前記(2)の手段の場合は、棒材を除去することに
より保持板を除去することができる。
