材1に鋳ぐるみ若しくは鋳接によって一体に設けられて
いるため、簡単には取外すことができない。従って、永
久磁石による磁気吸引力を利用した義歯固定手段を適用
した個人には、MRIによる診断ができないという問題
点がある。本発明は上記従来技術に存在する問題点を解
決し、MRIによる画像の乱れを発生することなく、正
確な診断が可能である義歯安定用根面部材を提供するこ

凹孔に頭付き平小ネジ形状の保持板を螺着するとき、前
記沈み穴に前記保持板の頭部を当接させて係止した義歯
安定用根面部材である。また、本発明は、歯根内に埋設
された非磁性材料からなる本体と、この本体の端面に設
けた軟磁性材料からなる保持板とからなる義歯安定用根
面部材において、前記根面部材本体に凹穴を設け、この
凹穴内にめねじを有し非磁性材料からなる保持部材を鋳
ぐるみ若しくは鋳接によって一体に設け、前記保持部材
に頭付き平小ネジ形状の保持板を螺着するとき、前記保
持部材の上端面に前記保持板の頭部を当接させて係止し
た義歯安定用根面部材である。このように、根面部材本
体と保持板はねじで取り付けられているので保持板の回
転により本体から取り外すことが出来る。また、螺着す
る際は頭付き平小ネジ形状の保持板の頭部分を沈み穴の
