は、液化槽1の中心部においては攪拌翼8、9を斜めに
固設せしめていることにより剪断混合されると共に下方
に流動し、液化槽1の底部では攪拌翼10の遠心効果によ
り剪断混合されると共に外側に流動し、又液化槽1の外
周部では上方に流動して全体的に渦巻き状に流動して攪
拌混合され、又主攪拌羽根13、13a…に穿設せしめた切
り抜き穴12、12a…の端縁により粒状物、混合液が剪断
されて効率を向上せしめた攪拌混合を行うと共に、邪魔
板16により混合液の流動が邪魔されて対流を起こして効
率を向上せしめた攪拌混合を行っている。

穿設したので、原料米との接触によって翼が摩耗しても
翼全体がチタンにより形成されているため、単にチタン
を表面にコーティングしたものに比し、その寿命を著し
く向上させることが出来、しかも接触研磨作用によって
チタンが微粒子化されたとしても、鉄分を含んでいない
ことにより、原料米、仕込水、液化酵素を撹拌混合して
液化液を製造する際に、撹拌翼から分離される酒の品質
に影響を与える酸化鉄イオン不純物の混入を無くして酒
の品質(味覚等)を向上出来る等その実用的効果甚だ大
なるものである。
