示す。電磁流量計検出器1は、2のプロセス配管との取

配管2の管軸方向と同芯となるように設置し、上下流側
の配管フランジ3に通しボルト4を通し、ナット5で締
め付け固定される。図2は、図1のA部を拡大,部分断
面した図である。検出器ケース6には、被測定流体から
の雑音を除去するためのアースリング7が前記7に溶接
されたアース金具8を介し、固定ねじ9で取付けられて
いる。検出器1とアースリング7,アースリング7と配
管フランジ3の間には、被測定流体の流体シール用ガス
ケット10が装着されている。前記アースリング7の
上,下流側両面には、図3に示すようにザグリ穴11が
加工されており、検出器側及び配管フランジ側の両ガス
ケット10を外周面で保持固定すると共に、プロセス配
管2,検出器測定管12の管軸と同芯に装着され前記通
しボルト4,ナット5にて締め付け、被測定流体を前記
ガスケット10でシールする構造となっている。
