Conventionally, when a terminal of an electric device is used as a ground terminal of a vehicle charging control device, for example, the terminal is arranged in a jig of a case mold of the charging control device, and resin is poured into the mold to mold the terminal. Only the contact surface is exposed to the outside of the resin case of the charge control device. The arm is provided in contact with the frame of the vehicle generator.

Further, the contact resistance of the terminal of the electric device is large when the contact surface pressure is low at the time of contact with another metal member.
Therefore, in order to reduce the contact resistance, it is sufficient to increase the contact surface pressure, and a large number of convex portions are provided on the entire contact side surface of the terminal so that the convex portions contact the contact surface of another electric device. It is conceivable to reduce the contact area.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] However, by pressing the outer edge portion of the contact-side surface of the terminal provided with a large number of convex portions on the entire contact-side surface to the case-type jig, When the surface of the terminal is made to be separated from the portion that becomes the resin inflowing case, at the outer edge of the contact side surface of the terminal, the convex portion and the jig are in contact, and the concave portion and the jig with respect to the convex portion are There is a gap between them.

Then, when the resin is poured into the case mold and molded, the resin passes from the outer edge of the terminal contact side surface to the inside of the terminal contact side surface through the gap between the recess and the jig. There is a possibility that the resin will flow into the resin and rise above the contact surface, resulting in poor contact.

To achieve the above object, in the present invention, in a terminal which is molded by resin and the contact side surface is exposed to the outside of the resin and contacts the metal member, a large number of protrusions are formed inside the contact side surface of the terminal. The multiple protrusions come into contact with the metal member, and a jig used for molding at the time of molding is closely attached to the entire outer periphery of the contact side surface of the terminal so that the multiple protrusions The present invention provides a terminal for an electric device, which is provided with a flat portion for preventing the resin from adhering.

As described above, in the present invention, when molding is performed, the resin does not flow into the contact side surface, and contact failure occurs even in a terminal that is used by molding and exposing the contact side surface to the outside of the resin. It is possible to increase the contact surface pressure without breaking and to prevent the resin from flowing in by crushing the convex parts and closely contacting the terminals to the molding jig, so the life of the molding jig is not reduced. There is an excellent effect.
