推進用ピットと到達用ピットとを有し、推進用ピットの
竪穴内にスクリューオーガー推進機を設置して所要長さ
を有する複数本のスクリューオーガーを、順に直列に継
ぎ足しながら土中に推進させて到達用ピットに至る地中
に所要口径の横穴を掘削開通し、開通後の横穴内に、到
達用ピットの側から引込み配管を導入してオーガーと共
に推進用ピット側へ引抜くスクリューオーガー推進工法
における引抜き用ウインチ装置において、 上記ウインチ装置は、左右一対の枠組みされた支柱間
に、手動ハンドルの回動操作で巻胴を駆動する手巻ウイ
ンチと、巻胴に巻き取られたワイヤの先端を引抜方向に
沿うよう迂回させる滑車とを有し、上記左右一対の支柱
を、推進用ピットの竪穴内において引抜方向と対向する
内周側の壁面に隣接して立設させ、該支柱と引抜口が開
口される内周側の壁面に当接させた反力板との間に引抜
き反力を受ける抵抗棒を架設して、上記支柱及び抵抗棒
を介して圧接される反力板が推進用ピットの竪穴内部に
おける土砂の崩壊防止機能を有するようにウインチ装置
を推進用ピット内に設置してなることを特徴とするスク
リューオーガー推進工法の引抜き用ウインチ装置。
1.
