Abstract

PURPOSE:To set carpet almost in the same bulkiness with the other places even if bulkiness is reduced by forming a formed carpet whose bulkiness is changed according to places, and changing a material or pile density of pile fiber. CONSTITUTION:A carpet 11 is formed of a foundation cloth 11A and pile 11B tufted on the foundation cloth 11A, and forms a backing layer 11C such as a polyethylene sheet or an acrylic resin layer. METSUKE (weight/unit area) of zones F, G, E, G and F of the carpet 11 is set in the same with each other, and in pile density, the zones E and F using polypropylene fiber are set higher than the zone G using polyamide fiber, and bulkiness is set large. Thereby, even if the bulkiness of the ozone E and F is reduced, it can be set almost in the same bulkiness with the other places G.

However, since the above-mentioned conventional carpet (1) has the same pile density, pile height, pile thickness, and pile material as a whole,
For example, when the stretch ratio increases during molding (Fig. 7A, B)
Had a rougher structure than in other places, and the density of the structure of the carpet (1) was a cause of significantly impairing the appearance of the carpet. Further, since the dash portion and the seat installation portion are not exposed to the outside in a carpet for automobile flooring, the quality of the carpet becomes excessive in such a portion, which is not desirable from the viewpoint of high cost and resource saving.

In the carpet (11) of the present invention, the bulkiness of the places E and F which are exposed to the outside and where the stretch ratio increases during molding is increased. In order to increase the bulkiness, there is a means for selecting a material having a smaller specific gravity than other places as the pile fiber and increasing the pile density. By such means, only the bulkiness can be increased without changing the weight (unit weight) per unit area of the carpet (11). If the bulkiness of the places E and F is increased in this way, the places E and F are stretched more than the other places G during the molding of the carpet (11) to roughen the structure and reduce the bulkiness. However, the bulkiness is almost the same as in other places G, and there is almost no change in appearance.

The carpet (11) is composed of three zones E, F and G. In the zones E and F, the pile (11B) is formed.
Is polypropylene fiber of 1000d / 60f and specific gravity of 0.91, and pile (11B) in zone G
Polyamide fiber of 1050d / 54f and specific gravity of 1.14 is used as If the basis weights of the zones F, G, E, G, F of the carpet (11) are the same, the pile density is higher in the zones E, F using polypropylene fibers than in the zones G using polyamide fibers. It becomes higher and the bulkiness increases. Therefore, the zones F, G, E, G, F of the carpet (11) are laterally arranged to form the floor covering carpet (11) as shown in FIG.
Formability felt through backing layer (11C) on the back of 1)
(16) is lined, and the moldable felt (16) is lined with a sound insulation and heat insulating felt (17) and laid on the floor (18) of the automobile. In the carpet (11), as shown in FIG. 3, zones E and F having a large bulkiness are arranged in the backbone portion (2) and the side sill (5) having a large stretch ratio.

FIG. 4 and FIG. 5 show another embodiment of the present invention. In the case of this embodiment, the zones F, G, E, G, F of the carpet (21) are arranged vertically, and the pile density is the same for the zones E, F, G. Therefore, the zones E and F of the carpet (21) have a lower basis weight than the zone G, and the zone G is more bulky than the zones E and F. If such a carpet (21) is molded, it is shown in FIG.
As shown in Fig. 4, low dash zones E and F are placed on the dash part (4), the cross member part (3) (seat installation point), and the rear terminal part (seat installation point) that are not exposed to the outside and are exposed to the outside In the place, a zone G having a high basis weight and a high bulkiness is arranged using polyamide fiber having higher abrasion resistance than polypropylene fiber.
