ている。排水口8には排水管31が接続され、該排水管
31に開閉弁32が配設されている。該容器本体1の上
記真空口6には接続管21を介して真空ポンプ20が接
続される。さらに該真空ポンプ20には脱気管22が接
続され、容器本体1内を減圧する際真空ポンプ20が吸
い込む容器本体1内の空気および気化した水蒸気を、該
脱気管22を介して外部へ排出するようにしている。こ
の該脱気管22は、例えば上記排水管31にトラップ2
3を介して連結される。トラップ23は、残留水を利用
して管内の通路を遮蔽する従来技術の構造である。上記
回収室10内には取付口11に取外自在に網袋12が取
り付けられ、該網袋12の下方にフィルタ13が配設さ
れ、さらに該フィルタ13の下方に接続管14を介して
真空ポンプ20が接続されている。なお、回収室10の
下方に接続される真空ポンプは、本実施例のように容器
本体1内を減圧するための真空ポンプ20と共通でなく
