Abstract

PURPOSE:To abate bad odor when garbage from a kitchen is dumped in a garbage can, its outer lid is opened, and a garbage bag in the garbage can is taken out by placing an intermediate lid on an outer frame fixed on the inner wall face of the garbage can by using a fixing material and further by blacing an upper lid on it. CONSTITUTION:The opening of a garbage bag passed through from under a lower lid 2 is placed on an outer frame 3. The opening of the garbage bag 8 led upward above the lower lid 2 is opened so as to place an upper lid 1 above the lower lid 2 in which a way that it is wrapped by the garbage bag 8. Garbage from the kitchen which is dumped in the thus-set garbage can passes through the upper lid 1 and the lower lid 2 and enters the garbage bag 8. The upper lid 1 and the lower lid 2 have such elasticity that their central parts are bent downward when garbage passes therethrough, and the central parts return to their original shape thereafter to prevent odor of the garbage from the kitchen from leaking outside. As a method of fixing the outer frame 3, an outer frame fixing material is stuck on the inner wall of the garbage can and the outer frame 3 is fitted and fixed from above it.

EXAMPLES Examples of the present invention will be described below. The upper lid (1) is made by processing rubber into a disc shape with a hollow central circular portion.
