国内では産業廃棄物の規制、リサイクル法、ゴミの分別収集など一般家庭排出
ゴミも企業から排出するゴミも厳しく規制されており、なお且つゴミの減量化対
策としてゴミの収集を有料化する自治体が増加している。今までは無料であった
のでその都度排出していたが、自治体のゴミ収集の有料化が進むなかでゴミ処理
経費が増大するためにまとめて排出することになり、一定期間家庭内等に保管蓄
積するためにゴミ箱からの悪臭や細菌の増殖などの原因となり、非衛生的な環境
が生じることとなる。
【考案が解決しようとする課題】
本考案の課題は、蓋付のゴミ箱の蓋の裏側に通気孔付滅菌・消臭剤ケースを取
り付けることにより滅菌・消臭効果を上げるほか、一般家庭から企業にまで広範
囲に提供することである。

【考案の実施の形態】
以下、本案の実施の形態について図面を参照して説明する。
（１）蓋付ゴミ箱の蓋の裏側にケース本体の上蓋（イ）を取り付ける。
（２）本体後部は丁双（ロ）を付けて上下開閉式とする。
（３）止め金具（ホ）は平形板バネとし、ケース前部の突部（ニ）で受け止
め、使用時の安定を保持する。
（４）ケースの本体底部と両側面及び前後面に通気孔を設け、滅菌・消臭効
果を上げる。
（５）ケースの形状と通気孔の形状及び通気孔数については、ゴミ箱の種類
や形態及び大きさにより図面と異なる方法もある。
