の外側で突合わせて一体に連結されたキャリパボディ
を、車体に固設されるキャリパブラケットに、一対のス
ライドピンを介してディスク軸方向へ移動可能に支持
し、前記作用部側半体のピストンと前記反作用部側半体
の反力爪との間に、一対の摩擦パッドをディスクロータ
を挟んで配設すると共に、反作用部側の摩擦パッドの裏
板背面をシム板で覆った車両用ディスクブレーキにおい
て、前記シム板にキャリパ取付け腕を一体形成し、該キ
ャリパ取付け腕を前記作用部側半体と反作用部側半体と
の突合わせ面に挟持させて、前記シム板をキャリパボデ
ィに取付けしたことを特徴とする車両用ディスクブレー
キ。
