Abstract

PURPOSE:To perform positioning correctly and with efficiency by fixing a driving magnet to a yoke plate fixed to a bush formed of nonmagnetic material and fitted to a driving output shaft in a centrifugal pump put in pumping action by rotating an impeller by magnetic coupling. CONSTITUTION:A main part is formed of a driving part 1 and a pump chamber 10 airtightly partitioned by a partition plate 11. A driving magnet 5 rotated by a motor 2 is disposed at the driving part 1. A driven magnet 13 opposed to the driving magnet 5 through the partition plate 11, and an impeller 14 are disposed in the integrally rotatable state in the pump chamber 10. Pumping action is attained by the rotation of the driven magnet 13 and impeller 14 generated in association with the rotation of the driving magnet 5. In this case, a bush 8 formed of nonmagnetic material is fitted to the rotary shaft 2a of the motor 2, and a yoke plate 4 is fixed to the bush 8. The driving magnet 5 is fixed to the yoke plate 4 by bonding or the like.

によりポンプ作用を行なうポンプにおいて、前記駆動側
のマグネットを駆動源の出力軸に取り付けられた非磁性
材料よりなるブッシュに固定されたヨーク板に前記マグ
ネットの内径が前記ブッシュの外径に接するようにして
接着等の固定手段にて固定したことを特徴とする遠心ポ
ンプ。
