Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve sound insulating ability and a surface strength by a method wherein a metal lath is attached on at least one surface of an ALC wall surface with an insulating layer sandwiched between them and the metal lath is coated with mortar. CONSTITUTION:An ALC panel 1 is securely erected between a floor and a ceiling 7, a gap is filled with a filler 8, and anchors 4 are driven in metal lathes 3 attached on both sides of an erecting panel 1 with respective insulating layers 2 sandwiched therebetween them and locked to the panel 1. The whole surface of the metal lath 3 is coated in a desired thickness with mortar 5 to form an ALC wall surface. The ALC wall surface and the mortar 5 are insulated and the weight and the force, such as a contraction stress, in horizontal and vertical directions is held by the metal lath 3. Even when the mortar 5 is applied in a thick section, the surface and the interior of the ALC wall surface are not ruptured. This constitution applies the mortar 5 in a further thicker section by using the metal lath 3 having a high strength and being tall and provides the ALC wall surface having excellent sound insulating ability and surface strength.

2. Description of the Related Art Since ALC panels are lightweight and have excellent heat insulation and fire protection, they are widely used as materials for walls, floors, roofs, etc. of buildings. However, the ALC panel has the drawbacks of being air-permeable, low in sound insulation, and low in surface strength, so that its use is limited or special measures are required.

For example, in order to improve the sound insulation of a wall using the above ALC panel, a method of providing an air layer between two ALC panels, and a mortar of about 15 mm on both sides of an ALC panel having a thickness of 100 mm or more. There are known a coating method and a method in which a sound absorbing material such as glass wool is sandwiched between both sides of an ALC panel having a thickness of 75 mm and a plaster board is attached.

However, all of these methods have a problem that not only the wall thickness becomes extremely thick, but also the cost becomes high. When the mortar is applied to the surface of the ALC panel in a thickness of more than about a dozen mm in order to enhance the sound insulation of the ALC panel as described above, to attach a tile to the wall surface, or to adjust the size of the room. The ALC panel is unable to hold the weight and shrinkage stress of the mortar, causing surface destruction and peeling off, or in some cases cracks that reach internal reinforcing bars and adversely affect the wall strength. there were. Therefore, it cannot be applied to the application of thickly applying mortar, and it is necessary to use a special mortar which is lightweight and has low shrinkage when applying thin mortar.

The insulating layer is not particularly limited as long as it has an insulating property. For example, waterproof paper, kraft paper, non-woven fabric, heat insulating sheet and the like can be used. The sheet-like insulating layer may be attached to the ALC wall surface by a fixing means such as an adhesive or an anchor. on the other hand,
For example, a resin composition having an insulating property may be applied to the ALC wall surface by an appropriate method, and the film may be used as an insulating layer.

Further, as the metal lath, JIS A
The flat lath, the bump lath, the corrugated lath, the rib lath equivalent product, etc. described in 5505 can be used, and the above-mentioned metal laths may be used after being subjected to rust prevention treatment. In order to attach the metal lath to the wall surface of ALCALC, an anchor may be driven in a state where the insulating layers are laminated. In particular, when a rib lath is used, it is preferable to drive an anchor into the rib because the strength of the mounting portion becomes high.

The metal lath is attached to the ALC wall with an insulating layer sandwiched between them, and the mortar is applied to the attached metal lath to insulate the ALC wall from the mortar, and the weight and shrinkage stress of the mortar in the horizontal and vertical directions. Since the metal lath holds it, there is no need to use a special mortar that is lightweight and has low shrinkage. Further, even if the mortar is applied thickly, the surface and the inside of the ALC wall surface are not destroyed, and the mortar does not peel off and the strength of the ALC wall surface does not decrease. Furthermore, if you use a material such as rib lath that has a large strength and height (thickness), it becomes possible to apply mortar with a greater thickness, and as a result, AL with excellent sound insulation and surface strength
C wall surface can be constructed. If an insulating layer having excellent waterproofness and heat insulating properties is used, the waterproofing performance and heat insulating performance of the ALC wall surface can be improved.

The wall structure of the ALC panel shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 has a metal lath 3 with an insulating layer 2 sandwiched between both sides of an ALC panel 1 having a thickness of 75 mm, a width of 600 mm and a length of 3000 mm.
Are laminated and the anchor 4 is driven and locked, but the insulating layer 2 is waterproof paper and is adhered to the metal lath 3 in advance. The metal lath 3 has a mesh of 16.2 x 12.3 mm,
It is a rib lath in which U-shaped ribs 3a having a height of 5 mm are formed in parallel with each other in the vertical direction at intervals of 75 mm so as to be integrally formed with a mesh. Then, the anchors 4 are driven into the U-shaped ribs 3a at a pitch of about 500 mm and locked to the ALC panel 1. Therefore, the ALC panel 1 and the net of the metal lath 3 form a gap of about 5 mm with the insulating layer 2 interposed therebetween. In this state, mortar 5 is placed on metal lath 3 with a thickness of 30 m.
It has a structure coated with m.

In order to construct a partition wall for sound insulation of a building with the ALC panel having the above structure, the ALC panel 1 is vertically fixed between the floor 6 and the ceiling (or the upper floor) 7 as shown in FIG. Then, the filler 8 is interposed in the gap. Then, on both sides of the standing ALC panel 1, anchors 4 are driven into the rib portions of the metal lath 3 with ribs to which the waterproof paper 2 is attached, and AL
C It is locked to the panel 1. Then, the mortar 5 may be applied to the entire surface of the metal lath 3 to a desired thickness.

According to the method described above, an ALC having a thickness of 75 mm is used.
Using the panel 1, concrete mortar 5 was applied on both sides by 30 mm to form an ALC wall surface. The sound transmission loss of this ALC wall surface was measured according to JIS A 1416 (method of measuring sound transmission loss in a laboratory). As a result, the average transmission loss at 125 to 4000 Hz was about 46d.
B, the sound insulation was improved by about 31% as compared with the case of using the ALC panel having a thickness of 100 mm alone.

As described above, the ALC wall structure of the present invention has a structure in which a metal lath is attached to the ALC wall with an insulating layer sandwiched between them and mortar is applied so that the metal lath is embedded. The metal is insulated from the mortar, and the horizontal and vertical forces due to the weight and contraction stress of the mortar are retained by the metal lath. Peeling and strength reduction of the ALC wall surface will not occur. By appropriately selecting the type of metal lath, the material of the insulating layer, the thickness of the mortar, etc., it is possible to economically construct an ALC wall surface having high surface strength and excellent sound insulation performance, waterproof performance, and heat insulation performance. .
