Abstract

PURPOSE:To carry out the jointing work of panels very fine and in safe working environment without carrying out such joining work as it is bad in workability and carried out at an elevated spot, and involves nailing executed obliquely above from a wall panel to a floor panel. CONSTITUTION:A guide groove 13 extending in the direction of the thickness of a floor panel along the joined end faces 11, 12 of the floor panels P1, P2 is provided. An adhesive S is severally applied to the upper end face 10 of a wall panel P3 and the joined end face of the floor panel. Both these floor panel butted end parts are mutually joined by nailing. A long screw 14 longer than the thickness of the floor panel is screwed from the upper side of the floor panel into the wall panel along the guide groove to fix both the floor panels to the wall panel. All of the mutual joining work of the floor panels and joining work between the floor panel and the wall panel can be carried out on the floor panel.

By the way, among such panel joining methods, for example, as shown in FIG. 5, the abutting ends of floor panels P1 and P2 for joining end faces to each other by abutting them on the upper end face of a wall panel P3. When they are placed and joined to each other, conventionally, as shown in the figure, the screw nails 1 are directed obliquely upward from both side surfaces of the wall panel P3 to the respective core members 2 and 3 of the floor panels P1 and P2. I was hitting it so that it would reach me. Here, reference numeral 5

According to the panel joining method of the first aspect, the floor panels whose end faces are butted against each other are joined together, and the floor panel and the wall panel are firmly joined together by an adhesive agent. Is fixed by tightening long screws against the wall panel, so that the floor panel is strongly pressed against the wall panel, and at the same time, the floor panel and the wall panel are accurately positioned so that the joint position does not shift. . At this time, the adhesive is also clamped, so that the adhesive strength is improved accordingly. Furthermore, since the long screws are accurately guided while being guided by the guide grooves and the guide grooves of the long screws are provided along the joint end surface of the floor panel, one long screw Both floor panels are fixed to the wall panels at the same time. Then, the work of screwing in the long screws and the work of nailing can be performed on the floor panel.

On the other hand, at least one joint end face of the floor panels P1 and P2 is provided with a guide groove 13 extending along the joint end face in the thickness direction of the floor panels. The guide groove 13 is used when a long screw 14 described later is screwed in. In the embodiment, the guide groove 13 is provided in the joint end surface 11 of the floor panel P1 in the form of a notch groove formed by forming a saw. . The guide groove 13 formed in the notch groove shape is provided so as to extend along the joint end surface 11 of the floor panel P1 in the entire thickness direction of the floor panel P1. The guide groove 13 is formed to have a groove width and a groove depth which are equal to or smaller than the diameter of the body portion of the long screw 14 shown in FIG. As the long screw 14, about 1/4 from the tip is the screw thread 14A.
It is shown with a head 14B formed on the. The guide groove 13 can be provided at the site if necessary, but normally, it is desirable to provide it at the same time when the floor panel is manufactured in a factory in consideration of workability.

According to such a joining method, the floor panel P
It is possible to perform all the joining work between 1, P2 and the floor panel P1, P2 and the wall panel P3 from above the floor panel, and therefore, as in the conventional case, especially diagonally upward from the wall panel to the floor panel. Since it is not necessary to perform the joining work such as performing nailing toward the work which is poor in workability and works at a high place, the joining work can be performed in a very good and safe working environment.

Further, in the case of such a joining method, the floor panels P1 and P2 for joining the joining end faces 11 and 12 by abutting each other and joining the floor panels P1 and P2.
P2 and the wall panel P3 are firmly adhered to each other by the adhesive S. At this time, the floor panels P1 and P2 are connected to the wall panel P3.
Since the long screws 14 are screwed in and fixed to the floor panels P1 and P2, the floor panels P1 and P2 are strongly pressed against the wall panels P3, and at the same time, the floor panels P1 and P2 and the wall panels P3 are simultaneously fixed.
It is accurately positioned so that the joining position with and does not shift.
At this time, the adhesive S is also clamped, so that the adhesive strength is correspondingly improved. Further, the long screw 14 is attached to the guide groove 13
Since the guide groove 13 of the long screw 14 is provided along the joint end surface 11 of the floor panel P1 while being guided and positioned, the guide groove 13 of the long screw 14 is provided with one long screw 14. The floor panels P1 and P2 are simultaneously fixed to the wall panel P3.

The operational effects of this embodiment are also as follows.
Although it is almost the same as the previous embodiment, in this example, since the wall panel P4 is a wall panel to be built on the outer circumference of the building, an inorganic board that is difficult to nail is often used for the face material 26. This is especially effective in the case.

According to the panel joining method of claim 1,
The floor panels, whose end faces are butted against each other, and the floor panels and the wall panels are firmly bonded together with an adhesive, and both floor panels are tightened by screwing long screws against the wall panels. Since it is fixed, the floor panel can be strongly pressed against the wall panel, and at the same time, the floor panel and the wall panel can be accurately positioned so as not to shift the joint position. At this time, the adhesive is also clamped, so that the adhesive strength can be improved accordingly. further,
The long screws are guided and positioned in the guide grooves and are accurately screwed in.The guide grooves of the long screws are provided along the joint end surface of the floor panel, so both can be performed with a single long screw. Floor panels can be fixed to wall panels at the same time.

In such a panel joining method, even if there is unevenness in the application of the adhesive, it is possible to secure sufficient joining strength with the long screws, and to join the floor panels together. All the work and the joining work between the floor panel and the wall panel can be performed from above the floor panel. Therefore, the workability such as nailing diagonally upward from the wall panel to the floor panel is required as in the conventional work. Since it is not necessary to perform the joining work which is a bad work at a high place, the joining work can be carried out in an extremely good and safe working environment.

In the panel joining method according to the second aspect, all the joining work between the floor panel and the body difference and the joining work between the floor panel and the wall panel can be performed from above the floor panel. However, since it is not necessary to perform the joining work such as the nail work that is diagonally upward from the wall panel to the floor panel, which is poor in workability and which requires work at a high place as in the past, the joining work is extremely difficult. It can be implemented in a good and safe working environment. Also,
In the case of this method, since the wall panel is a wall panel that is built around the exterior of the building, it is particularly effective when the surface material is frequently made of an inorganic board that is difficult to nail.

1. A panel joining method in which the abutting ends of both floor panels whose end faces are butted against each other are placed on an upper end face of a wall panel built in a building to join them together. There is a step of providing a guide groove extending in the thickness direction of the floor panel along the joint end surface of the floor panel, and an adhesive is applied to the upper end surface of the wall panel and the joint end surface of the floor panel, respectively. Step, a step of joining the abutting end portions of these floor panels together by nailing, and along the guide groove with a long screw longer than the thickness of the floor panel, from above the floor panel to the wall panel And a step of fixing both floor panels to the wall panel by screwing the panel panels together.
