【考案の詳細な説明】 (産業上の利用分野) 本考案は、原子力業界において、放射性物質を取り扱う
施設のセル、又はケーブと称する設備内で使用されてい
るマスタースレーブ型のマニピュレータのトングに、遠
隔操作により簡単、かつ確実に各種の治工具を装着する
ための連結器に関するものである。

かんで行うか、爪先を交換できるトングでは治工具のつ
かみ部分の形状に近似した爪先を選定したうえで、治工
具をつかんで作業を行うため、トングの把握力の範囲内
でしか治工具を保持できなかった。このため、作業位置
での正確な支持ができないばかりか治工具を取り落すこ
ともあり、正確、精密、かつ迅速な作業が望めなかっ
た。また、種々の治工具を充分に取り扱えないため、マ
ニピュレータの能力も簡単な作業の範囲内に限られてし
まう結果となっていた。

本体21と、固定ピン22とからなり、連結器本体21は治工
具Bを取付ける治工具固定板27と、該治工具固定板27上
にあってその一端両側にトング本体Cのトング爪13と係
合する外側に開口した断面溝状の爪先保持器23を備え、
該爪先保持器23の反対側には角形ブロック24が固着さ
れ、その前面中央にL形フック25が立設され、さらに該
L型フック25と爪先保持器23の間の治工具固定板27に1
対の孔26,26が穿設され、トング本体C′の先端部を前
記L型フック25に突合せ、前記1対の孔に前記固定ピン
22の2本の脚22aを挿入し、爪先保持器23を爪30で両側
から挟持するようにした。
