2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, when rugs such as carpets, entrance mats, bath mats, etc. are laid, or chicken mats, etc. are laid, their positions are displaced or the rugs slip when people walk on them. There is a drawback that people are liable to fall, especially in the aging era, or that they easily slip and fall easily due to a slight inclination when carrying things or carrying tableware etc. It often happens everyday. In order to prevent such a difficulty, the back surface is made of a material having an adhesive property to prevent slippage, a rubber-like soft material having a large friction coefficient, or a sheet covered with an elastic foam sheet or resin latex.
For example, a sheet material or the like is used to perform a process for increasing the frictional resistance of the back surface of the sheet-shaped material. For example, in JP-A-48-89525, JP-B-55-12251, etc., an underlay net for preventing stagnation of a sheet material provided with a foam-containing elastic coating layer covering the yarns of a net-like base cloth, or a net According to Japanese Patent Publication No. 4-9886, an underlay mesh sheet provided with a bubble-containing elastic resin layer formed with wart-like projections for encapsulating and joining intersections of yarns in the warp and weft direction of a mesh-like base fabric, and further, Japanese Utility Model Publication No. No. 29301 is a sheet material in which a synthetic resin-based adhesive body having a hardness of 80 or less is intermittently attached to both surfaces of a flexible and air-permeable base material, or an actual flat plate 5-6.
No. 0832 discloses a system in which a foam / surface-roughened resin coating layer made of polyacrylic resin or polyurethane resin and a highly viscous topcoat layer covering the foamed / surface-roughened resin coating layer are provided on a substrate made of a fiber material. -Many proposals have been made, such as G.

However, for example, the elastic foam sheet is low in strength and bulky by itself, so that its use and size are limited, and the net sheet coated with resin latex is limited. -There is a problem that the anti-slip effect is not sufficient. Further, when a foam-containing elastic coating layer is formed using a foamed vinyl chloride resin or the like, there is a drawback that the plasticizer in the coating layer is liable to be contaminated due to leaching or migration, or like a rubber or a surface fastener. Items with poor appearance, texture and washability are limited in their use. Furthermore, for example, a coating layer containing a foaming agent in the form of microcapsules generally has a high degree of freedom with respect to deformation and has a complicated surface such as an uneven surface, so the friction resistance is high, but the change over time in dry and humid conditions The coating layer itself is inferior in fastness, and there is a problem in texture washing suitability. In addition, the actual Kaihei 5-608

On the other hand, the slipperiness on the surface is improved due to the unevenness of the surface, but the flatness is apt to be impaired on the daily use such as a thin cloth or a tray having a hard and smooth surface. In general, a resin body, a resin film, an adherend or the like is used as the anti-slip material, and foaming or non-foaming or solvent type is adopted. For example, the foaming solvent type has a remarkable anti-slip effect due to the foam-containing elasticity. Even if there is any, there is a phenomenon that the protrusions are depressed after the heat treatment, or the durability of the film formation is inferior. In addition, uneven dispersion of foam due to microcapsules, handling with a solvent type, working environment, etc. However, there is a problem that it is easily peeled off. As described above, there is an interest in the necessity of preventing slippage, but it is not yet satisfactory in terms of its application, suitability, and manufacturing method.

The resin water repellent composition which is previously treated by the impregnation method, the coating method or the spraying method on the base sheet is an acrylic ester resin, a polyurethane resin, an ethylene vinyl acetate resin or a melamine resin. It is possible to use a mixture comprising a resin, a spreading agent selected from one or more kinds of vinyl chloride, etc., a water repellent, a cross-linking agent and the like. The spreading agent improves the adhesive strength with the base sheet, that is, firmly adheres the protruding resin body to the base sheet, and thus has mutual affinity with the resin composition of the resin protrusion, That is, those having a sufficient interfacial adhesive strength are suitable, and the water repellent agent imparts water repellency desired as a non-slip sheet. Further, regarding the adhesiveness between the resin emulsion composition forming the protruding resin body and the substrate sheet, in combination with the adoption of the affinity between the resins,
Except when the surface condition of the fibrous base fabric or the like is particularly hindered by the dot type treatment by the rotary screen method such as fuzzing, when the substrate sheet has a certain degree of surface irregularity, the resin emulsion composition of It is easy to get a foothold in the dot type coating, and the adhesive strength between them is further improved. Further, the treatment with the resin water repellent composition is not limited to the impregnation method, and can be performed on both sides or one side by a coating method or a spraying method.

The anti-slip sheet material of the present invention adopts a non-foaming agent treatment and a non-solvent treatment, for example, a water-based resin mulsion-non-solvent type, and a base sheet such as a fibrous base cloth. The surface of the resin is treated with a resin water repellent compound containing a spreading agent in advance to prevent penetration and inflow of the resin emulsion composition forming the protruding resin body, and to impart appropriate flexibility and water repellency to each other. This is achieved by adopting a resin emulsion composition having an affinity. This makes the base sheet
A strong adhesion effect between the resin and the protruding resin body can be obtained, and it is suitable in terms of flexibility, film strength, and durability under dry and wet conditions. Further, the protruding resin body is provided not only on one side of a base material sheet such as a fibrous base cloth, but also on both sides in applications such as frictional contact with a supported body and insertion between the supported body and the supported body. You can also Further, since it has shape retention of the protruding resin body, further appropriate water repellency, and durability under dry and wet conditions, it is also suitable for applications such as kitchen kitchen mats,
Further, there is no particular need for a treatment such as a surface coating treatment for preventing surface peeling or dropping and a treatment for forming a topcoat layer. In addition, the relatively uniform height of the convex portion means that the adhesion positions of the arcuate bulging protrusion resin bodies formed are arranged on a horizontal line that is completely aligned side by side when the surface of the substrate sheet is in an uneven state. Even if not, the base sheet of the present invention is impregnated with a resin water repellent composition, and the projection resin body is combined with a resin emulsion composition having an affinity to form a screen cylinder screen. As long as a predetermined amount of resin is discharged, it means that a slight unevenness on the surface of the base sheet and a partial difference in the adhesion position are allowed.

In the constitution of the present invention, the surface of the base sheet such as the fibrous base cloth is pretreated with the resin water repellent composition containing the spreading agent to disperse the protruding resin bodies. Since a relatively uniform height of the protrusions is formed, the resin emulsion composition may be impregnated or flowed in during the dot-type coating by the rotary screen method, and the heights of the protrusions of the protruding resin bodies may be uneven. By selecting a resin having a mutual affinity with the resin water repellent composition, the resin water repellency is appropriately imparted, the adhesiveness is improved, and the resin firmly adheres to the surface. In the constitution of the present invention, a non-foaming agent and an aqueous resin emulsion composition are used, and
Since protruding resin bodies are scattered on the surface of the resin, obstacles caused by treatment with a foaming agent or use of a solvent can be avoided, and in addition to appropriate flexibility and water repellency, the shape retention of the protruding resin body and dry and wet It works so as to obtain an anti-slip sheet material which has durability under the conditions, has substantially uniform heights of protrusions, and has strong adhesiveness.

FIG. 2 is a sectional explanatory view showing the essential structure of a screen tension cylinder for carrying out the method for manufacturing an anti-slip sheet material according to the present invention, that is, a rotary screen method. FIG. 3 is a schematic explanatory view showing a manufacturing process of the present invention. In the figure, 6 is a screen tension cylinder equipped with a hollow cylindrical dot type mesh, 7 is a back pressure roller, and 8 is a ski.
Reference numeral 9 is a vibration mechanism, 9 is a vibration squeegee, 14 is a squeegee blade, 18 is a dryer, 19 is a heat treatment machine, and 21 is a winder. On the outer peripheral wall of the screen tension cylinder 6,
A screen mesh 10 made of a nickel metal material by electroforming is stretched, and the mesh 10 is shown in FIG.
As shown in the cross-sectional enlarged explanatory view of Fig. 1, the openings 15 are spread in a widening angle from the inside to the outside in order to uniformly arrange the small holes, and the flow pressure at the time of coating with the mold is the resin emulsion composition. The article 5 is configured to be pressure-sensitive until it reaches the base sheet 3 of the fibrous base fabric 2. The opening 15 of the mesh 10 may have a polygonal shape, for example, a penta screen. The number of meshes is determined by the number of holes between running inches. When the number of meshes increases, the diameter of the holes decreases and the sharpness increases, while the coating amount of the resin emulsion composition 5 decreases. In addition, the screen mesh 10 has a configuration in which the angle is widened toward the outer side, and in order to further increase the volume of the hollow holes in the storage portion 13 of the resin emulsion composition 5, the mesh 10 is provided.
A laminated portion 12 in which a plastic material 11 having an appropriate thickness is adhered to the outer end surface of the
That is, the screen tension cylinder can be made thicker and the amount of the resin emulsion composition 5 discharged can be adjusted. As a result, the resin emulsion composition 5 corresponding to the volume of the hollows in the storage portion 13 is pushed in and discharged by the squeegee blade 14, supplied to the surface of the base sheet 3, and then coated with a mold. Is performed. Therefore, the bulge form of the protruding resin body 4 formed on the surface of the base sheet 3 and the height a of the protrusion are substantially the thickness of the screen stretching cylinder, that is, the amount of the predetermined resin composition. Depends on the volume of the well that is pressed out.

Here, for example, in comparing the anti-slip sheet material of the present invention with a commercially available product, index criteria differ depending on the material of the surface resin forming layer, the form and the height of the convex portion, particularly the area ratio, etc. The obtained samples of Examples 1 to 3 and the unprocessed base sheet were used as comparative samples, and the following sliding friction resistance values were tested and compared. A sample of 30 cm x 30 cm is fixed to a plywood plate flat plate with a fastener and attached, then a thin wire is wrapped around the weight of the balance and the spring measuring tool is used in a horizontal position. The results are shown in Table 1 in which the spring measurement tool was read, the scale was read, and the value was shown as the sliding friction resistance value.
