信部5に監視開始及び監視解除の設定操作を行うことが

し、該異常と判定した場合は、前記監視センタ(1)に
警報信号を送出し、 且つ監視開始後に、前記入退出経路に沿った複数の入退
出センサの検出信号が順次得られて、前記設定テーブル
(6)に設定した待ち時間以内に監視解除を行った時は
正常と判定し、前記待ち時間以内に監視解除を行わない
