2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, in a gas station, a plurality of types of oil, such as,
There is one that can refuel regular gasoline, high-octane gasoline and light oil with one device. This type of oil supply device includes a plurality of oil supply hoses for supplying respective oils. Such a refueling hose tends to be long so that it can be refueled easily regardless of the direction and position of the vehicle stopped in front of the refueling device.

However, when the refueling hose becomes long, the refueling hose crawls on the ground and is not only visually unpleasant, but also the hose itself is damaged or soiled, and a plurality of refueling hoses interfere with each other or are entangled with each other. However, there is a drawback in that the present applicant makes it difficult to operate.
No. 56 discloses a technique relating to an oil supply device that solves these drawbacks.

However, in such an oil supply device (Japanese Patent Application No. 5-195256), the main body case and the upper case are integrally formed, and the upper end of the upper case is provided with the oil supply device. A screw hole for mounting the lifting hook is provided, and after installation at the gas station, the hook is removed and the rubber cover is used to cover. Therefore, the upper case also needs to be made as strong as the main body case, and it may become taller and difficult to manufacture and transport.

In order to achieve the above object, an oil supply apparatus according to the present invention comprises an oil supply pump in a main body case,
A flowmeter and a built-in indicator are built in, the discharge pipe of the flowmeter is connected to a swivel elbow attached to the front of the main body case, and a refueling hose having a refueling nozzle at the tip is connected to the swivel elbow and From the top case that is installed between the refueling device main body with a safety pipe joint installed on the way, two columns and a retractor that are fixed to the upper part of the refueling device body by bolts, and is installed between the upper ends of the two columns And a tip of a wire pulled out from a retractor built in the top case is fixed in front of a safety pipe joint provided in the middle of the fuel supply hose.

[Operation] The upper case does not apply extra force because the retractor wire is pulled when the refueling hose is pulled, and in the worst case, it is separated by the safety pipe joint even when a special pulling force is applied to the refueling hose. Therefore, it is not necessary to make it strong, and even if the main body case and the upper case are made separately, there is no problem in strength, and the upper case can be attached after the main body case is installed at the gas filling station. Further, the body case can be made short, and manufacturing and transportation are easy.

Further, by incorporating the retractor horizontally in the thinly formed top case, it is possible to make the entire device more compact than vertically. Further, since the retractor wire built in the top case is pulled out to the outside through the hole of the protector via the guide roller, the pulling out is smooth and the frame structure of the top case is not damaged.

The top case 19 of the upper case 16 is formed in a relatively thin case shape having a frame structure mounted between the upper ends of the left and right struts 17 and 18, and has a refueling hose 12, 13 inside. Retractors 41, 42, 43 for hoisting and supporting 14 are built in horizontally. These retractors 41, 42, 43 are
Each of the wires 41a, 42a, 43a has an expansion / contraction mechanism in which the wires 41a, 42a, 43a can be drawn out for a certain length and a biasing force is applied in the direction of drawing by a spring or the like. The wires 41a, 42a, 43a are obliquely attached to protectors 47, 48, 49 attached to the front side of the top case 19 via guide rollers 44, 45, 46 arranged in the top case 19, respectively. It is pulled out downward through the wire-drawing holes 47a, 48a, 49a formed toward the lower side, and the respective end portions of the safety pipe joint 2
It is fixed around annular hose clamps 50, 51 and 52 which are fixed in front of 6, 27 and 28. That is, the oil supply nozzles 23, 2 are attached to the nozzle hooks 32, 33, 34.
In the state in which 4, 25 are hung (the state in which all of the oil is not supplied in FIG. 1), the refueling hoses 12, 13, 14 are lifted slightly upward from the swivel elbows 20, 21, 22 respectively. Hose clamps 50, 51,

The wires 41a, 42a, 43a of the Nos. 2, 43 have a pulling-in force sufficient to lift the respective refueling hoses 12, 13, 14 and at the time of use, the refueling hose 1
It is set to pull out a sufficient length against the pulling force by pulling 2, 13, and 14. In addition, the fuel supply hose 1 is provided between the nozzle hooks 33 and 34 of the main body case 15.
The hose restriction portion 53 is attached so that the hanging intermediate portion of 3 does not project to the side of the fuel hose 14 on the right side. The hose restricting portion 53 is made of a strip-shaped plate and is formed in a semicircular shape with the refueling hose 13 side open.

According to the refueling device 11 having the above-described structure, the wire 41 can be pulled by pulling the refueling nozzles 23, 24, 25 during refueling.
a, 42a, 43a are pulled out against the pulling force,
At the same time, by swiveling the swivel elbows 20, 21, 22, the refueling nozzles 23, 24, 25 can be freely brought to a relatively long distance, and the refueling operation becomes easy. , 14 does not crawl on the ground and is less likely to get dirty or damaged. The main body case 15 needs to be made strong because it has a built-in refueling means, but the upper case 16 can be pulled out of the refueling hoses 12, 13, and 14 so that the respective retractors 4 can be connected.
Since the wires 41a, 42a, 43a of the wires 1, 42, 43 are pulled, no extra force is applied, and in the worst case, even when a special tensile force is applied to the refueling hoses 12, 13, 14, the safety pipe joint 26 , 27, 28 separate, so it is not necessary to make them firmly. Therefore, there is no problem in strength even if the main body case 15 and the upper case 16 are separately formed, and the upper case 16 can be attached after the main body case 15 is installed at the gas filling station. Further, the height of the main body case 15 can be made short, which facilitates manufacturing and transportation. Further, by incorporating the retractors 33, 34, and 35 horizontally in the top case 19, it is possible to make the frame structure of the top case 19 thinner and to make the overall compact as compared to the vertical installation. Further, the wires 41a, 42a, 43a of the retractors 41, 42, 43 built in the top case 19
Through holes 47a, 48a, 49a of protectors 47, 48, 49 via guide rollers 44, 45, 46, respectively.
Since it is pulled out to the outside through the through, the pulling out is smooth, and the frame structure of the top case 19 is not damaged.

As described above, in the present invention, when the refueling hose is pulled in the upper case, no extra force is applied because the retractor wire is pulled, and in the worst case, a special pulling force is applied to the refueling hose. Even if is added, since it is separated by the safety pipe joint, it is not necessary to make it firmly, and there is no problem in strength even if the main case and the upper case are made separately,
After installing the main case at the gas station, the upper case can be attached. Further, the main body case can be made short, and manufacturing and transportation are easy, and the refueling hose can be easily handled.
