容器の保持用治具に関する。本発明の第2は、中央部に
容器保持部および該保持部に結合し、かつ外方向へ伸長
したハンガー部を有する容器の保持用治具において、ハ
ンガー部が保持される容器の底面形状に適合した湾曲部
を有し、かつ上方向に伸長した形状を有するものである
ことを特徴とする容器の保持用治具に関する。本発明の
容器の保持用治具の容器保持部は、放熱効果の向上およ
び容器を安定に載置するための観点から中央部に慣通孔
を有するものが好ましく、その形状としては円形あるい
は多角形状のものが挙げられる。そして容器を容器保持
部によって保持する場合に、前記慣通孔には容器の底部
が載置され、かつ容器の外壁は、前記保持部より上方向
に傾斜角をもって伸長するハンガー部間、あるいは保持
される容器の底面形状に適合した湾曲部を有して上方向
に伸長するハンガー部間で安定に保持される。また、前
記ハンガー部の端部は水平方向に伸長した形状を有する
ので、本発明の容器の保持用治具は、前記ハンガー部の
端部を開口部の縁部、例えば容器あるいは加熱域の開口
部の縁部に水平に容易に載置することができるので、特
に加熱された容器あるいは高温加熱された内容物を有す
る容器等を安全に冷却するのに適している。また、本発
明の容器の保持用治具は、前記のように開口部に載置す
る必要はなく、ハンガー部の水平部の下面に断熱材料、
例えば断熱ゴムの層を設けることにより、任意の場所に
設けることができる。前記のような容器としては、例え
ば高温加熱された油を有する容器、電子レンジで加熱さ
れた内容物を有する容器、高温加熱試験容器等が挙げら
れる。本発明の容器の保持用治具の具体的な使用例を以
下に示す。但し、本発明の保持用治具の使用は以下のも
のに限定されるものではない。 1.加熱フラスコの冷却 図1に示すような蒸留法水分試験器を用いて原油および
原油製品水分試験を行った。水分試験終了後、フラスコ
を冷却するためにフラスコ保持具を上部に移動させ高温
加熱器から離脱させ、図2に示すように加熱器の開口部
に本発明の容器の保持用治具を載置した後、該容器の保
持用治具上に置きフラスコを冷却した。該保持用治具の
容器保持部は、加熱器の上面から保持用治具の厚み程度
加熱器の中に下がった位置に置かれる。前記のような冷
却用治具を使用すると、加熱フラスコの冷却操作を安全
に効率良く行うことができた。これに対し、図3に示さ
れるような従来公知の容器の保持用治具を図4に示すよ
うな状態で使用した場合には、加熱フラスコの冷却操作
を安定に行うことができなかった。 2.加熱された油の入った容器の冷却 図5に示すように、本発明の容器の保持用治具を磁器製
の底面が偏平な皿状物の上に内面と空間を設けて載置し
た後、前記保持用治具上に加熱された油の入った容器を
置き冷却した。この場合にも前記1の場合と同様に、冷
却操作を安全に効率良く行うことができた。
