縁性、耐熱性の劣化の原因となる。近年、成形条件は圧
力を低圧で成形する傾向があり、上記ボイドが発生し易
くなっている。従って、残留気泡のないプリプレグが求
められている。

挙げられる。また、樹脂液(1)は、アセトン、メチル
アルコール、水等の溶剤、硬化剤、充填剤等が必要に応
じて適宜添加されている。

(5)の間を通過しすることにより含浸量がコントロー
ルされ、その後、乾燥されて樹脂液(1)中の樹脂が半
硬化したプリプレグとなる。上述の如く、樹脂液(1)
中にエアーがないので残留気泡が殆どないプリプレグが
