Abstract

PURPOSE:To form the rail width of a curved route and a straight route equal to each other by rotating each wheel along a curve at the time of traveling a curve, and moving one of a bilateral pair of wheels so as to come close and separate to/from the other with a guide device. CONSTITUTION:A fore and aft pair driving wheels 3 are arranged in one side of the lower surface of a main body 2 of a truck 1, and a fore and aft pair of idly rotating wheels 4 are arranged in the other side thereof. The driving wheels 3 are respectively supported by a vertical core 10 freely to be turned around the vertical core 10, and rotated by a traveling driving device 11 fitted to a case 7. Plural guide rollers 13 facing to both side surfaces 5a of a rail 5 are fitted to a bracket 12 from the case 7 freely to be idly rotated. On the other hand, the idly rotating wheels 4 are fitted to the bracket 14 by an axle 15, and fitted to a slide plate 16, which supports the bracket 14 at the main body side, through a vertical shaft 25 freely to be turned and freely to the slid in the truck width direction. At the time of traveling a curve, the idly rotating wheels 4 are moved to come close and separate to/form the driving wheel 3 to enable the smooth travelling at a curve.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as a bogie of this type, as shown in FIG. 7, for example, rockers 42 are attached to the front and rear of a main body 40 via vertical axes 41, and wheels 43 are provided at both ends of these rockers 42.
There is provided a structure with the attached. According to this conventional structure, by placing the wheels 43 on the pair of left and right rails 44, the carriage 45 can travel on the fixed route 46. Then, in the curve path portion 47 in the constant path 46, each rocking body 42 is automatically rocked so that the longitudinal direction of these rocking bodies 42 faces the center of curvature 48 of the curve path portion 47. According to the above-described structure of the present invention, the traveling of the trolley can be stably performed via four or more wheels. When the truck travels along the curve path, each wheel turns separately and follows the curve curve of the rail. Further, in the curved path portion, one of the paired wheels on the left and right moves perspectively with respect to the other wheel together with the guide device. Even if it is the same as the section, or even if the rail interval of the curve path section is the same as that of the straight path section, the traveling of the trolley can be smoothly carried out without any trouble. And the traveling drive device
Since it is provided on the other wheel that does not move into perspective, it can be arranged firmly and stably and easily.

Next, traveling work in the above embodiment will be described. A truck 1 mounted on a rail 5 via wheels 3 and 4
Is forced to rotate the drive wheels 3 by the operation of the traveling drive device 11, and thus travels on the fixed path 6 while being guided by the guide rollers 13, 26 to both side surfaces 5a of the rail 5.
At that time, the traveling of the trolley | bogie 1 is performed stably by the both drive wheels 3 and the two freewheel wheels 4, ie, four or more wheels. Furthermore, since the two driving wheels 3 are in contact with the rail 5, two wheel pressures act, and acceleration and deceleration are shortened by utilizing this high wheel pressure to shorten the acceleration distance and deceleration distance. Easy and stable.

Then, when the carriage 1 enters the curve path portion 32 as shown in FIG. 6, the two drive wheels 3 individually turn around the longitudinal axis 10 via the case 7 and the rotary shaft 9. Further, the two idle wheels 4 are separately rotated around the vertical axis 25 through the bracket 14 and the vertical axis 17. That is, all the wheels 3 and 4 turn separately and follow the curve curve of the rail 5. At this time, since the traveling drive device 11 is provided on the other drive wheel 3 that does not perform the perspective movement, the traveling drive device 11 can be arranged firmly, stably and easily.

Further, in the curve path portion 32, an outward lateral pushing force acts on the bracket 14 via the guide roller 26 guided by the rail 5, and the sliding body 21 causes the guide rail to move.
By being supported and guided by 20, the unit of the idle wheel 4 will automatically move outward. As a result, with respect to the inter-wheel distance L 1 on the straight path portion 33, the curve path portion is
At 32, the distance L 2 between the wheels is long, that is, L 1 <L 2 , and the rail width W of the curve path portion 32 is changed to that of the straight path portion 33.
Although the width is the same as the rail width,
Even if the rail interval K is the same as the rail interval of the straight route portion 33, the bogie 1 can smoothly travel without difficulty.

Further, when traveling on the curve path portion 32, when both drive wheels 3 are in the curve path portion 32 as shown by H in FIG. 6, these drive wheels 3 are the same inside wheel. -Because it moves on the route 5 (on the same route), there is no speed difference between the two drive wheels 3. Further, as shown by I in FIG. 6, when only one driving wheel 3 is in the carving path portion 32 at the entrance or the exit of the carving path portion 32, there is a slight gap between the two driving wheels 3. Although a speed difference of (3% or less) occurs, speed control of such a speed difference is not necessary.

In the above-mentioned embodiment, the slide type is adopted in order to make the free wheel 4 group movable in the distance and distance.
This may be a swing type or the like. As shown in the above embodiment, a plurality of wheels 3 and 4 are provided on the left and right sides of the main body 2 in the front-rear direction so as to be individually rotatable about the longitudinal axes 10 and 25, and the drive wheels 3 are vertically moved. When interlocked with the traveling drive device 11 located inside the shaft center 10 and capable of swinging integrally with the drive wheels 3, the traveling drive device 11 can be easily arranged by utilizing a wide space on the central portion side below the width of the main body. At the same time, the traveling drive device 11 is not largely swung outward with respect to the width of the main body in the curved path portion 32 and the like, so that safe traveling can always be performed.
