Abstract

(57)【要約】 【目的】 金型の底面に中底の止め刃を一体的に突設
し、これに中底を係止させることで中底を止める釘を使
用しないよう構成する。 【構成】 金型の底面前方に、先端部が底面から少しだ
け突出するよう中底の止め刃を取付ける。 【効果】 金型底面に中底を止める時に釘を使用しない
ので製造時に釘が中底に残存することに伴うトラブルの
発生を皆無にできた。

【発明の詳細な説明】
【０００１】
【産業上の利用分野】本発明は靴を製造するときに使用
する金型に関するものであり、特に金型底面に中底を止
めるための構造に特徴を有する製靴用金型に関するもの
である。

【従来技術】靴を製造する際に製靴用の金型を使用する
ことは周知であり、これらの金型は一般に吊り込み用金
型と呼ばれている。
【０００３】従来より使用される吊り込み用の金型は、
金型本体の底面前方に釘止め用のゴムを埋設しており、
靴の製造時には先ず金型の底面に当接させた中底を釘を
用いて金型の止めゴムに係止させ、次いで金型の上方か
ら取付けたアッパー（靴の甲部を構成する部材）の周縁
部を中底の周縁部に吊り込み固定し、その後金型に係止
した中底の釘を取り外したのち中底外面に本底を取付け
るという製造工程を経ていた。（図４参照）

【発明が解決しようとする課題】しかしながら前記公知
の金型の場合、靴の製造時に中底を止める釘を抜き忘れ
ることがあり、靴を履いた時に抜き忘れた釘により使用
者の足を損傷させる危険を抱えていることが指摘されて
いる。
【０００５】このため製靴業者は安全を期するため、製
造後の靴を逐一検針器に通して抜き忘れの釘がないかど
うかを確認する必要があり、製造する直接の工程以外に
釘の残留をチェックする検針のための工程や検針のため
のスペースを必要とする等多くの不経済な工程を要求さ
れていた。

【発明の目的】本発明は上記の事情に対応しようとする
ものであり、吊り込み用金型の底面側に予め中底を係止
させる止め刃を形成することにより釘の使用を省略し、
これにより釘を使用する場合に生ずる各種のトラブルを
完全に回避できるよう構成した製靴用の金型を提供せん
とするものである。

【発明の要点】本発明は、製靴用金型の裏面先端近くに
形成した取付け部に、中底を係止するための止め刃を取
付け、止め刃の先端部が金型底面から少しだけ飛び出す
よう構成してなる製靴用金型の構造を発明の要点として
いる。

【実施例】以下本発明の実施例を図面を参照して説明す
る。
【０００９】記号１で示す製靴用金型はアルミ合金その
他の素材により製造するものであり製造しようとする靴
の形状及び寸法に合致するよう中空に形成している。
【００１０】２は金型１の底面前方に取付けた中底の止
め刃であり、鋼その他の耐久性に優れた素材を用いて形
成している。
【００１１】止め刃２は、本体21部分を金型１の底面前
方に形成した取付け孔11に嵌合させて強固に取付けるも
のであり、先端に形成した刃先22部分だけが中底３を係
止するのに充分な長さだけ（具体的には２ミリ程度）金
型底面から飛び出すよう取付けられている。
【００１２】なお、止め刃２の先端に形成する刃先22の
形状は図３例示のように円筒体を二つ割りした構造に限
定される必要はなく、中底３を金型に密着係止させるの
に充分な係止力を発揮できるものであればどのような形
状としても差し支えない。
【００１３】また、止め刃２を金型１の取付け孔11に取
付ける手段は、図示例示のように、取付け孔11に埋設し
たゴム等の緩衝材12の内部を貫通させ、刃先22部分だけ
が金型１の底面から飛び出すように取付ける場合のほ
か、ゴム等の緩衝材を使用することなく止め刃２だけを
取付けることも可能である。
【００１４】更にまた止め刃２を取付け孔11に固定する
ための手段は強力な接着剤を使用する場合のほか止め刃
２の基端部にネジ止め部13を形成しこの部分を金型１の
取付け孔11にネジ止め固定する等その係止手段は自由に
選択できる。
【００１５】図中４はアッパー、５は止め釘である。

【発明の効果】本発明は上記のように金型１の底面先端
部側に止め刃２を取付け、この止め刃２は刃先21部分が
中底３を係止するのに充分な高さだけ飛び出させた構造
としたので、靴の製造時に従来のような止め釘を一切使
用しないで吊り込みを行うことが可能となり、止め釘を
使用する場合に発生する釘の抜き忘れ、残留によるトラ
ブルの反省を皆無とすることができる利点がある。
【００１７】また本発明は金型に中底を係止するのに止
め釘を使用しないので、釘の残留をチェックする検針器
の使用や検針場所の設定等の経済的な無駄を完全に解消
でき製造コストを下げることができる効果もある。

  1. 【請求項１】製靴用金型の裏面先端近くに形成した取付
    け部に、中底を係止するための止め刃を取付け、止め刃
    の先端部が金型底面から少しだけ飛び出すよう構成して
    なる製靴用金型。
