Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a panel of high fire resistance by mounting a plaster board to a framed body including combined cores and providing an inorganic facing on the external surface of the plaster board. CONSTITUTION:Cores 4 are combined to form a framed body, following which a plaster board 2 is fitted in one of the sides of the framed body. Further an inorganic facing 1 is bonded to the board 2 so as to cover the entire surface thereof. And a plywood 5 is bonded to the other side of the framed body, whereby heat applied to the facing 1 and the cores 4 is transmitted to the plaster board 2 so that the moisture contained in the board 2 is vaporized, thereby removing the heat of the cores 4 and facing 1. As a result, temperature rise in the cores 4 and facing 1 can be restrained so that a panel having high fire- preventive property can be provided.

2. Description of the Related Art In recent years, for example, in building a house, a prefabricated construction method has been widely adopted in which a house is constructed by assembling a wall panel or the like manufactured in a factory in advance at a construction site. 2 and 3 are views showing a conventional wall panel used in this method. This wall panel is made of core material 4
The gypsum board 2 containing a large amount of water for fire protection is pasted on one surface of the frame body formed by combining the two through the plywood 5, and the other surface is pasted with the plywood board 5 and the like. . Further, rock wool 3 is arranged between the plywood 5.

By the way, when the conventional wall panel is exposed to fire for a long time, as shown in FIG. 4, the gypsum board 2 is split and peeled off from the wall panel. There is a problem that the fire resistance of the panel is impaired. The splitting of the gypsum board 2 and the peeling from the wall panel are caused by the generation of cracks 7 as described below. First, when heat is applied to the gypsum board 2, the contained water evaporates and contracts. However, since the plaster board 2 is fixed to the core member 4 by the nail member 6, the nail member 6 prevents the plaster board 2 from contracting. As a result, the stress concentrates on the portion fixed by the nail member 6, and finally the crack 7 occurs around the nail member 6. When this crack 7 grows and intersects with the crack 7 generated around the other nail member 6, the gypsum board 2 in the portion surrounded by the crack 7 peels off from the surface of the wall panel. Then, heat is directly applied to the internal plywood 5 and the core material 4.

[Function] Since the gypsum board is attached to the frame body formed by combining the core materials, and the inorganic surface material is provided on the outer wall surface provided with the inorganic surface material on the outer surface thereof, when the water content contained in the gypsum board evaporates, It takes away the heat of the inorganic surface material and core material as heat of evaporation. As a result, the temperature rise of the core material and the inorganic surface material is suppressed.

FIG. 1 is a sectional view showing a wall panel of this embodiment. At the center of this wall panel, there is a frame body formed by combining core materials 4, the gypsum board 2 is fitted on one surface of this frame body, and the entire surface of the gypsum board 2 is placed on it. The inorganic surface material 1 is attached so as to cover it. The gypsum board 2 is fitted into the frame body, and its side surface is not exposed on the wall panel surface. The plywood 5 and the like are attached to the other surface of the frame. As a specific example of the inorganic surface material 1, a fiber-containing fly ash slag cement board (manufactured by Ube Board Co., Ltd.) or the like can be illustrated.

In the wall panel of this embodiment, the gypsum board 2 is attached to the frame body formed by combining the core materials 4, and the inorganic surface material 1 is provided on the outer surface of the frame body. It does not crack over time and does not delaminate from the wall panel surface. Further, the heat applied to the inorganic surface material 1 and the core material 4 is transmitted to the gypsum board 2, and when the moisture contained in the gypsum board 2 evaporates, the heat of the core material 4 and the inorganic surface material 1 is taken as evaporation heat. As a result, the temperature rise of the core material 4 and the inorganic surface material 1 is suppressed, and it becomes difficult to burn. Therefore, the wall panel of this example has a high fireproof performance.
