[Detailed Description of the Invention] The present invention relates to a GRC insulation panel with a special structure and a waste form construction method using this GRC insulation panel. In a GRC insulation panel, which is made by laminating an insulating core material such as glass wool on top, a separation paper such as plastic film or kraft paper is integrally laminated on the entire surface of the insulating core material, leaving certain areas such as the corners of the insulating core material. or by applying a release agent instead of separation paper.
Place the GRC insulation panel and the separation paper side of this GRC insulation panel toward the concrete pouring surface of the structure.
A waste form is constructed using heat insulating panels, concrete is poured into this form, and the concrete is mixed with the concrete for the frame.
The present invention relates to a method of constructing a waste form for a GRC insulation panel, which is characterized in that the GRC insulation panel is laminated with almost the entire surface thereof separated from the GRC insulation panel by the separating paper.

Conventional GRC insulation panels simply consist of an integral layer of insulation core material such as glass wool on the back side of GRC, so when this is used as a waste form and concrete is poured into the frame, this
The insulation core material of the GRC insulation panel fully adheres to the concrete of the building structure, which contributes to securing the GRC insulation panel and preventing it from falling off. If the concrete vibrates or does not expand or contract contrary to the expansion and contraction of the GRC insulation panel, it will be difficult for the GRC insulation panel to follow this movement, resulting in cracks in the GRC insulation panel, shortening its life and impairing its appearance. In addition to this, there were other drawbacks such as rainwater seeping through the cracks and damaging the structure.

To specifically explain one embodiment of the GRC insulation panel according to the present invention with reference to figures, in Figs. 1 to 3, 1 is a concrete plate (GRC) mixed with reinforced glass fibers, A thick part 2 is integrally formed in the part and the intermediate side part thereof, and the base of an anchor bolt 3 is buried in this thick part 22, and the bolt 3 is provided to stand up and protrude from the back surface of the GRC 1. . Reference numeral 4 denotes a heat insulating core material made of glass wool, rock wool, foamed plastic, etc., which is integrally laminated on the entire back surface of the GRC 1 and has an embossed finish on its outer surface. Reference numeral 5 denotes a separating paper made of plastic film, kraft paper, etc., which is laminated on almost the entire outer surface of the core material 4, and is placed around the corners, middle side, and other parts where the anchor bolts 3 protrude. Only the insulation core material 4 is cut out in a certain area, and this part is
is made up of exposed parts.

Next, an example in which the heat insulating panel of the present invention configured as described above is used as a waste form will be explained in detail. In FIGS. 4 and 5,
In the present invention, a waste form is constructed using the heat insulating panels, with the separation paper 5 side of the heat insulating panel being placed as a surface for pouring the frame concrete, and then the frame concrete 6 is poured into this waste form. Particularly, the concrete frame 6 and the heat insulating panel are interconnected by the anchor bolts 3, and the concrete body 6 and the heat insulating core material 4 of the heat insulating panel are separated by no separating paper 5, that is, the heat insulating core material 4 is exposed. It is partially tightly joined only around the anchor bolt 3 that has been attached.

As mentioned above, the GRC insulation panel according to the present invention has the following features:
Separation paper is laminated on almost the entire outer surface of the insulation core material, which prevents the insulation core material from fully bonding to the concrete, and therefore prevents the GRC insulation panels from fully bonding with the concrete structure. The two can be interconnected by anchor bolts and partial joints.

When the GRC insulation panel according to the present invention is used in the waste form construction method for pouring concrete for the structure,
As the GRC insulation panels and the concrete structure are not integrally connected on the entire surface as mentioned above, the displacement of the concrete structure during an earthquake is up to 1mm/120mm.
Even so, there is no risk of cracks occurring in the GRC insulation panel, and the GRC insulation panel deforms and expands and contracts with the outside air due to changes in temperature or humidity.
On the other hand, there is no risk of cracks occurring in the GRC insulation panel even when the concrete frame, which is isolated from the outside air through this GRC insulation panel, hardly deforms. Since both are connected by anchor bolts, each GRC insulation panel (900 x 1000 mm) has a wind pressure resistance of 7000 kg/sheet, and the design wind pressure is 2210 kg.
Kg/sheet, so it has features such as being able to maintain a safety factor of 6 times.
