Description of the Related Art Conventionally, in an air-conditioning duct provided in the ceiling of a railroad vehicle, when a duct structure in which the bottom of the duct is also used as an interior material, reinforced fiber plastic (hereinafter referred to as FRP) is often used as a ceiling member. It has a characteristic that the surface can be smoothly curved or formed into a three-dimensional structure from a decorative point of view.

Use a laminated plate manufactured by a method in which a synthetic resin film is co-extruded on the surface of a metal plate by an extruder and laminated in a molten state, and sandwich the foamed resin of a building member between the laminated plate and another metal plate, and press. The molded product is used as a ceiling member. A related example of such a laminated plate is, for example, JP-A-63-306032.

Expected to be high. Further, it is difficult to obtain a dimensionally high-precision product, and it has been necessary to perform a matching process on an existing vehicle at the time of assembly. Furthermore, if a ceiling member is made by sandwiching foamed resin, etc. of a building member between a laminated plate and another metal plate, and using it as a ceiling member, it will take a lot of time for processing and assembly and flat molding will become the mainstream. It was difficult to make it into a three-dimensional shape considering the design. It is difficult to recycle and use the FRP, and even when a laminated plate is used, it is necessary to sort the used members.

The deformation of the molded panel, especially the warp in the longitudinal direction, is suppressed and the shape is adjusted by the metal reinforcing plate. That is, since the metal reinforcing plate has a substantially U-shaped cross section and a flange is formed at an end thereof, it has a predetermined bending rigidity in the longitudinal direction and can suppress warpage of the molded panel. it can. Further, since the dimensional accuracy and the rigidity of the metal reinforcing plate with respect to the U-shaped cross-sectional shape are insufficient due to its structure, by providing a reinforcing mold member formed in the U-shape, the cross-sectional shape of the metal reinforcing plate is accurate. It is possible to provide sufficient rigidity while ensuring the. Therefore, it is possible to form an air conditioning duct with high dimensional accuracy, ensure sufficient strength, and easily manufacture.

It consists of 10. The ceiling panel 4 is configured by using a molded panel 5 as a basic member, which is obtained by mechanically pasting a chloride vinyl decorative sheet 8 obtained by applying an adhesive to a plate material made of an aluminum alloy and then performing integral press molding. The molded panel 5 has a three-dimensional molded portion formed on an intermediate flat surface portion. As the three-dimensional molding part, for example, width 30 mm, length 800 m
m, the height of about 3 mm, the beading-out molding is performed in the longitudinal direction with a pitch of about 180 mm. The reinforcing plate 6 is attached to the upper surface of the molded panel 5.
The reinforcing plate 6 is made of an aluminum alloy plate material in a U shape.
The support flanges for mounting the vehicle body are integrally press-molded at both ends thereof. The intermediate flat portion of the reinforcing plate 6 has the same planar shape as the bead-embossed shape of the molded panel 5, and has a slightly larger opening hole. Thereby, the reinforcing plate 6 is attached without interfering with the upper surface of the molded panel 5. The cross-sectional shape of the reinforcing mold member 7 is a hat shape having at least two orthogonal faces, and is attached to the inside of the reinforcing plate 6. It is carried out and attached at a predetermined interval by welding.

防止する。Molded panel 5 having a bead embossed shape
The bead launching improves the appearance and rigidity when viewed from the inside of the passenger compartment. However, the molded panel 5 after press molding does not maintain a uniform flat ceiling surface and is warped. This is because a thin plate material is used in order to reduce the damage to the sheet and facilitate the forming by deep drawing. In addition, the shape of the press, the friction between the press member and the forming die, the difference in the degree of distraction of the press member, the temperature, and the like influence. As a warp removing means for the molded panel 5, a reinforcing plate 6 is attached to the upper surface of the molded panel 5. The reinforcing plate 6
Is a press-formed aluminum alloy plate material as described above, and constitutes the skeleton of the ceiling panel 4 and the side surfaces 3c and the lower surface 3d of the air conditioning duct 3.
When the reinforcing plate 6 is mass-produced due to a large variation in accuracy due to press molding, it does not maintain usable accuracy as the air conditioning duct 3, and the side surface 3c is difficult to bend and press at a right angle to the lower surface 3d. As a countermeasure against this, the reinforcing mold member 7 is adhered to the inside of the reinforcing plate 6 and attached by the rivet 9. The reinforcing member 7 is bent and welded into a skeleton such that the side surface 3c of the air conditioning duct 3 is at a right angle to the lower surface 3d. Therefore, the aluminum reinforcing plate 6 can be manufactured so that the side surface 3c and the lower surface 3d of the air conditioning duct 3 are perpendicular to each other even if there are many variations due to press molding. At the time of attaching the reinforcing mold member 7 and the reinforcing plate 6, on the lower surface 3d of the air-conditioning duct 3, a fastening member plate rivet 10 having a dish-shaped head is used to prevent interference with the mounting surface with the molding panel 5. .

利である。When the reinforcing plate 6 is attached to the inner surface of the molded panel 5, the reinforcing plate 6 is attached with adhesive and rivets 9. In particular, the portion that contacts the end of the molded panel 5 is attached with a rivet 9 in order to prevent the adhesive from peeling off. Molded panel 5
Since the ceiling surface of the above is press-formed in a concave shape, the reinforcing plate 6 is previously cut out in the concave shape range of the molded panel 5. Therefore, the reinforcing plate 6 is advantageous in preventing interference with the concave shape of the molded panel 5 and reducing the weight of the ceiling panel 4 as a whole.

法を用いても良い。In the above embodiments, an example in which the base material is an aluminum alloy plate has been described, but the present invention is not limited to this, and if the material has good press formability, for example, a steel plate, A stainless plate or the like may be used. Further, the cross section of the reinforcing mold member 7 has a hat shape, but may have another shape. As a method of maintaining the rigidity of the ceiling panel 4, a structure in which the upper portion of the reinforcing plate 6 is connected by a reinforcing mold member may be considered in addition to the use of the reinforcing mold member 7. Also, the reinforcing plate 7
The same effect can be achieved by other methods such as attaching a square plate to the lower bent portion of the. Further, the ceiling panel 4 may be assembled by using other fastening methods such as bolts and welding other than the adhesive and the rivet.
