部8′とスプリング14で浮上させられた状態の下部ノッ
クアウトリング12上端面とで支持しておき、上から成形
パンチ04で押し付けて成形力が与えられていた。

もあり、加工工数増加となってコスト的に不利であっ

成形時に前記パイプ材を求心させて成形する成形パンチ
及び成形ダイとを具備し、切断かえり付のパイプ材を傾
斜させることなく成形可能にしたことを特徴とする切断
かえり付パイプ材の球状体成形装置である。
