Abstract

PURPOSE:To adjust and preserve a large amount of highly accurate sterile solution at the place of its usage in a simple, inexpensive manner. CONSTITUTION:A sterile solution bag is provided with a flexible bag (outer bag) 1 having an upper faucet 2 and a lower faucet 3, a bag 5 having a broken line 6, filled with a specific amount of solute and fixed within the flexible bag 1 at one to a few places and, as required, a stirrer (the use of magnetic stirrer to stir the solution) within the flexible bag. By the use of the bag, a large amount of a highly accurate sterile solution can be adjusted and preserved for a long period of time at the place of its usage in a simple, inexpensive manner.

である。本考案は、現場で多量の溶液を閉鎖的な方法で
空気に触れず無菌的に多量の目的濃度の希釈溶液を調製
保存しようとするものである。

なり、無菌的溶液調製が容易となる。

場において、パウダーより多量の溶液を無菌的に調整す
る方法、装置が開発中であるが、現場においてパウダー
の自動計量、希釈液の混合、撹拌、保存等の過程を閉鎖
的、無菌的に行い更にこれらの機器の殺菌処理が可能な
装置はまだみられず今後この装置が製造されるとしても
大掛りで高価なものとなる。本発明のバッグにおいて、
脱気又は真空、滅菌した本バッグを使用し、滅菌希釈水
注入配管を本バッグ下口活栓に無菌的に接続、注入する
ことにより目的濃度の多量の無菌的溶液を調整すること
ができる。又バッグ内に内蔵させる撹拌子はマグネチッ
クスターラーにて間接的に回転撹拌することができるの
で密閉バッグ内の溶液を閉鎖的に撹拌し、バッグ内均一
溶液を調整することが可能である。又、本バッグは密閉
式であるので長期保存が可能となる。以上のように現場
でパウダーより溶液調整することにより溶液製品で入荷
する場合の運送費、労力、保管等を削減することができ
る。即ち本バッグ使用することにより現場で安価にして
簡単な装置、操作で多量の無菌的な目的濃度の溶液を調
整することが可能である。又、溶液は密閉バッグ内に保
存されるため長期保存が可能となる。
