2. Description of the Related Art As a heating floor device for heating a floor surface in a room, various structures have been proposed, and a floor heating device composed of floor panels is used as one form thereof. Then, as this type of floor heating device, a plurality of floor panels having a predetermined size (for example, 50 cm × 50 cm) are used,
It has been proposed that these are laid in a predetermined arrangement on a floor member such as a concrete slab, and some floor panels (panel portions) or all floor panels are panels with a heater. In this case, the indoor floor surface is formed by the upper surface of each panel adjusted to the same level, and if necessary,
A floor finishing member is laid on the floor surface, or Joutan, floor carpet, or the like is laid.

In the above floor heating apparatus, each floor panel is installed on the floor member by height adjustable leg members, and the space formed between the floor member and each floor panel is a computer cable or various pipes. It is generally used as a space for laying. Further, as a floor panel with a heater, the heater is housed inside a flat plate-shaped hollow body composed of a box member and a lid member, and the above-mentioned hollow is provided by a height adjustable support leg of the same form as a screw type lift. A configuration is adopted in which a desired position of the body is supported from the lower surface. Further, also in the case of a floor panel without a heater, a configuration is adopted in which the desired position of the flat plate-shaped panel member is supported from the lower surface by the similar supporting legs whose height can be adjusted.
