従来から、フリーアクセスフロアの床下空間(の全体)を空調用のエアーチャンバーとして利用する技術思想はあったが、フリーアクセスフロアの床下空間を仕切り板で仕切って何がしに利用しようとする技術思想はなかった。

本発明はこのような従来の現状に鑑みてなされたものであり、フリーアクセスフロアの床下空間を仕切り板で簡便に且つある程度の気密性をもって仕切ることが出来、空調用のエアーチャンバーやエアーダクトとしてまた床下収納庫としても利用することが可能なフリーアクセスフロアにおける床下空間の間仕切り構造を提供せんとするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
斯かる目的を達成する本発明のフリーアクセスフロアにおける床下空間の間仕切り構造は、基礎床面上に規則的に立設配置された支持脚にわたって床パネルを敷設して構成されるフリーアクセスフロアの床下空間を上記支持脚と支持脚の間に仕切り板を設置することにより仕切る構造であって、上記仕切り板の上部を前記支持脚のパネル載置用台座に固着せしめ、上記仕切り板の下部を前記基礎床面又は前記支持脚のベースプレート上に固定設置したL型アングル材に固着せしめてなる事を特徴としたものである。
この時、前記L型アングル材に板支持具を高さ調節可能に取付け、該板支持具に前記仕切り板の下部を固着せしめるようにすることが好ましい。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の具体的な実施例を図面に基づいて詳細に説明するが、本発明は図示した実施例に限定されるものではない。
図中、1は基礎床面2上に規則的に立設配置された支持脚、3は隣接する支持脚1と支持脚1の間にわたって架橋状に敷設された床パネル、4は隣接する支持脚1と支持脚1の間に設置された仕切り板をそれぞれ示し、基礎床面2と床パネル3の下面との間に床下空間5が形成される。

板支持具9の構造としては種々考えられるが、図示実施例のものは、ステンレス等の薄い金属板を用いて、L型アングル材8の垂直部8aを上方から跨いで挟持する挟持部9aと、仕切り板4の下端を下方から載承挟持する載承部9bとを一連同一体に形成すると共に、上記挟持部9aに締結用ビス9cを取付けて構成し、挟持部9aをL型アングル材8の垂直部8aに上下移動自在に係合させ締結用ビス9cで締着させることにより、この板支持具9をL型アングル材8に高さ調節可能に取付けたものである。

【発明の効果】
本発明のフリーアクセスフロアにおける床下空間の間仕切り構造によれば、仕切り板の上部を支持脚のパネル載置用台座に固着せしめ、仕切り板の下部を基礎床面又は支持脚のベースプレート上に固定設置したL型アングル材に固着せしめたので、フリーアクセスフロアの床下空間を仕切り板で簡便に且つある程度の気密性をもって仕切ることが出来る。従って、フリーアクセスフロアの床下空間を空調用のエアーチャンバーやエアーダクトとしてまた床下収納庫としても利用することが可能となる。

しかも、本発明の請求項2に記載したフリーアクセスフロアにおける床下空間の間仕切り構造によれば、L型アングル材に板支持具を高さ調節可能に取付け、該板支持具に仕切り板の下部を固着せしめるようにしたので、基礎床面が多少不陸であってもそれを吸収して仕切り板の下部(下辺)を確実且つ適切に固定することが出来る。
