【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 廃棄用紙などを細断する細断刃を備えた
細断部と、細断された細断屑を収容する屑収容箱と、該
屑収容箱を外部に取出すための開閉自在の扉とを有する
シュレッダーにおいて、該屑収容箱の上方に屑ならし手
段を回転自在に取り付けたことを特徴とするシュレッダ
ーの細断屑ならし装置。

かつ上記扉を閉めると該屑収容箱が上方に移動して、該
屑収容箱の上端縁部が上記ベース板の下面に当接して、
該ならし手段によるならし作業中に細断屑が該屑収容箱
から脱落しないようにしたことを特徴とするシュレッダ
ーの細断屑ならし装置。

が該被係止部に係止し、これにより該移動板上に載置さ
れている屑収容箱は上方に移動して該屑収容箱の上端縁
部が上記ベース板の下面に当接し、扉を開けると該係止
手段と該被係止部との係合により該移動板は扉方向に引
き出されるとともに倒伏し該係止手段は該被係止部との
係合を解除し、これにより該移動板上に載置されている
屑収容箱は取り出し可能状態となることを特徴とする請
求項4記載のシュレッダーの細断屑ならし装置。
