2. Description of the Related Art In an apartment house, a hotel room, etc., an electric pipe is used for wiring various antenna control lines such as a TV antenna line, electric wiring, a telephone line or a refrigerator from the top floor to the bottom floor or to the adjacent room. It is branched to each floor and each room while relaying with a joint box. However, since the electric pipe is cut and opened at the joint of the pipe to the joint box, the so-called connector, the sound easily leaks through the pipe, which is also a factor that reduces the sound insulation performance.

However, since the working space in the joint box 102 is scarce, the work of injecting the caulking material 105 and filling the oil soil is not easy. Also, the caulking material 105 is surely the connector 1
It was also difficult to perform a visual inspection to confirm whether or not the void of No. 04 was blocked. In addition, when the caulking material 105 or the like is packed and then connected to a mounting plate (not shown) attached to the joint box 102, or when the extra wire is stored in the joint box 102, the electric wire 103 moves around,
There is a possibility that the caulking material 105 and the oil soil may be plastically deformed to cause a gap between the filling and the electric wire. Further, careless handling of oily soil may cause the surroundings to become dirty.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, the electric wire is applied to a single cut portion formed on the outer peripheral portion of the stopper body of the sound leakage prevention stopper, and when the electric wire is pushed into the notch, the stopper body is a closed-cell rubber. Since it is a foam or a closed-cell synthetic resin foam, it is easily elastically deformed. For this reason, the electric wire is housed with its outer periphery in close contact with the through hole formed in the center of the plug. When this plug is inserted into the inside of the pipe joint that connects the electric pipe and the joint box, the plug adheres to the inner surface of the pipe joint due to elastic deformation, and seals the circumference of the electric wire that runs.

The material of the plug has a required elasticity in consideration of the insertion into the connector 4 and the sealing of the electric wire 3, and the electric wire 3 in the joint box 2 after being attached to the connector 4
When the wire is connected to a mounting plate (not shown) or the extra wire is stored in the joint box 2, the plug body does not plastically deform or move in the connector 4 even if the wire 3 moves. It is necessary to have the property and the frictional resistance value with the surroundings. In order to have these properties, it is most desirable that the volume foaming ratio is about 3 to 8 times.

The sound leakage prevention plug 5 has a substantially cylindrical outer shape,
A large diameter end is 1m from the inner diameter of the connector 4 on the outer periphery.
The taper end of the connector 4 is smaller than the inner diameter by about 1 mm. Further, the length of the stopper is most preferably about 20 to 30 mm, and if it is shorter than this, the retention and sound insulation properties are inferior, and if it is too long, it is made of foam. It will be rather difficult. The diameter of the through hole 5a is about 1 mm smaller than the diameter of the electric wire 3, for example, the coaxial cable 5C.
In the case of -FB (outer diameter of about 8 mm), a hole of about 7 mm is desirable.

Further, when a plurality of electric wires of two or more are to be passed through the electric pipe, a sound leakage preventing plug having a plurality of through hole portions corresponding to the number of passing wires is used. This embodiment is shown in FIGS. 5 is a front view of a sound leakage prevention plug having a two-line through hole portion, and FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view showing a VI-VI cross section of FIG. The sound leakage prevention plug 25 is formed by connecting two through hole portions 25a having an inner diameter capable of closely adhering to the outer circumference of the electric wire 3 in the central portion of the plug body. From the communicating portion of the through hole portion 25a, a single cut portion 25c reaching the outer peripheral portion 25b of the stopper is provided.

The two electric wires 3 are sequentially pushed in through the notches 25c and housed in the respective wire passage holes 25a, 25a. With such a configuration, a hermetically sealed state can be maintained without forming a gap around the contact portion between the electric wires 3. The outer shape of the sound leakage prevention plug 25 may be tapered as shown in FIG. 6 or may be the one as shown in FIG. 7 in which one end of the cylindrical shape is chamfered as in the sound leakage prevention plug 35.

By inserting such a sound leakage prevention plug into the inside of the pipe joint, the plug elastically deforms and adheres to the inner surface of the pipe joint, and at the same time, seals the periphery of the electric wire that runs. Therefore, it is possible to prevent air and sound from passing through the electric pipe, and at the same time, prevent toxic gas from flowing through the pipe in the event of a gas leak accident or fire in the adjacent door.

As described above, since the sound leakage prevention plug for electric piping of the present invention uses a plug body made of a closed-cell rubber foam or a closed-cell synthetic resin foam, its elasticity is improved. By utilizing this, it is possible to reliably close the gap at the pipe joint and prevent sound leakage. Further, since the plug body does not undergo plastic deformation even if the electric wire is moved after closing the gap, there is no possibility of forming a gap and the reliability of the construction is enhanced. Moreover, the inspection can be performed simply by visually confirming whether or not the insertion is performed surely. Further, unlike the conventional pouring of caulking material and filling of oil soil, the plug is easy to handle and there is no fear of polluting the surroundings.
Further, since the notch for inserting the electric wire is provided on the outer periphery of the stopper,
The sound leakage prevention plug can be attached from the side of the wire, and it can be pushed into the pipe joint simply by sliding it, making installation work extremely easy.
