付部材と、第1羽根板を添え付ける為の添付面を備える
平板状の受止部材と、上記取付部材と受止部材とを相互
間に調整用間隙を保持した並置状態で上記両部材の端部
相互を一体状連結している連結部材とで構成してあり、
上記受止部材の添付面には細径のねじ棒と太径の掛頭と
から成る掛頭付ねじ棒が螺合状態で立設してあり、上記
取付部材と受止部材とにおける反連結部材寄りの位置に
おいては、取付部材と受止部材との間に、受止部材傾動
用の調節ねじが、上記添付面の側にねじ頭を位置させる
状態で配置してあり、一方上記第1羽根板における座取
付部においては、上記掛頭付ねじ棒を嵌合させるための
だるま孔を配設すると共に、第1羽根板の形状は上記添
付面に添え付けた状態で上記調節ねじのねじ頭が隠れな
いように対応部分を非重合の形状にしてあることを特徴
