Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide the washing machine having an excellent performance, by which an instantaneous service interruption of a commerical power source is detected with high accuracy, and setting and reset of an operating state are evaded by reducing the power consumption. CONSTITUTION:An operation of a load 1 is controlled by a power switching means 6, and a power source supplied to the load 1 is opened and closed by a power source opening/closing means 7. A voltage obtained by stepping down a voltage of a commercial power source 9 is detected by a voltage detecting means 15, and inputted to a control means 16 together with an output of a power source synchronizing signal generating means 13 for generating a signal synchronized with the commercial power source 9. The control means 16 controls the load 1, the power switching means 6, the power source opening/closing means 7, etc., and also, detects an instantaneous service interruption of the commercial power source 9, in the case an output of the voltage detecting means 15 becomes a prescribed value or below, or in the case the output of the power source synchronizing signal generating means 13 is annihilated, stops the load 1 and a display of an operation display means 8 at the time when the instantaneous service interruption is detected, and executes an operation for evading setting and reset of an operating state.

The water level detecting means 10 detects the water level in a washing / dehydrating tank (not shown) and inputs the output to the control means 5 so that water can be supplied up to a predetermined water level. The power supply transformer 11 steps down the voltage of the commercial power supply 9, converts the output voltage into a direct current by the direct current power supply 12, and applies it to the control means 5. The power supply synchronization signal generation means 13 generates a signal synchronized with the power supply waveform of the commercial power supply 9 necessary for the control of the control means 5. The power source open / close state detection means 14 detects the open / closed state of the power source open / close means 7, and when the power source open / close means 7 is in the closed state,
The change in the voltage of the commercial power supply 9 is monitored.

In the above configuration, the instantaneous power failure detection operation will be described with reference to FIG. The control means 5 is always connected to the commercial power source 9, and the power source synchronization signal generating means 13
The output of is constantly monitored. In step 30, the open / closed state of the power supply opening / closing means 7 is detected by the output of the power supply open / close state detecting means 14. When the power supply opening / closing means 7 is in the closed state, the process proceeds to step 31, and when the power supply opening / closing means 7 is in the open state,
Go to step 33. In step 31, it is monitored whether the output of the power supply synchronizing signal generating means 13 has disappeared. If the output has not disappeared, in step 32 the output level V0 of the power supply open / closed state detecting means 14 falls below a certain level Vth. Watch if you are not.

Output level v of the power supply open / close state detecting means 14
If 0 does not fall below a certain level Vth, it is determined that the momentary power failure of the commercial power source 9 has not occurred, and the process proceeds to the next step. If the output level has dropped below a certain level Vth, it is determined that an instantaneous power failure of the commercial power source 9 has occurred, and the routine proceeds to step 34. Also, step 31 and step 33
Even when the output of the power supply synchronization signal generating means 13 is extinguished, it is determined that the commercial power supply 9 has momentary power failure, and the control means 5 turns off the load 1 and the operation display means 8 in step 34. In such a conventional washing machine, when the power source opening / closing means 7 is in the open state, the output of the power source opening / closing state detecting means 14 is in the off state, so that the power source synchronizing signal generating means 13 operates. Since the instantaneous power failure detection operation must be performed only from the output and the highly reliable instantaneous power failure detection cannot be performed, resetting of the initial standby state in which the power supply opening / closing means 7 is in the open state or the reserved operation standby state occurs, and the user Could cause distrust of the washing machine and could cause a malfunction crame. Further, the power supply open / closed state detection means 14 is usually composed of many circuit elements, and has a problem of high cost.

The momentary power failure detection operation in the above configuration will be described with reference to FIG. 3. The control means 16 is always connected to the commercial power supply 9, and outputs the power supply synchronization signal generation means 13 and the voltage detection means 15 at all times. I'm watching. In step 20, it is monitored whether the output of the power supply synchronizing signal generating means 13 has disappeared, and if the output has not disappeared, in step 21, the output level V of the voltage detecting means 15 is detected.

Next, at step 22, the voltage detecting means 1
The output level Vuno of No. 5 and the predetermined level Vt are compared to monitor whether the output level Vuno of the voltage detecting means 15 has dropped to the level Vt or lower. If the output level Vuno has not dropped below the predetermined level Vt, it is determined that the momentary power failure of the commercial power source 9 has not occurred, and the process proceeds to the next step. If the output level Vuno of the voltage detection means 15 has decreased to the predetermined level Vt or less in step 22, the process proceeds to step 23,
Start the timer-counter t0, step 24
Then, it is determined that the momentary power failure of the commercial power supply 9 has occurred, and the control means 16 turns off the load 1 and the operation display means 8 to reduce the power consumption and performs the reset avoidance operation of the operating state.

Next, in step 25, the value t0 of the timer-counter is compared with the reference value (predetermined value) T, and t0 is the reference value T.
If it exceeds, the process proceeds to step 26, it is determined that the voltage detection means 15 is in failure, and the subsequent instantaneous power failure detection operation is performed by monitoring only the output of the power supply synchronization signal generation means 13. Then, when it is determined that the voltage detection means 15 is out of order, an abnormality is displayed on the operation display means 8.

Further, even when the output of the power supply synchronizing signal generating means 13 is extinguished in step 20, it is judged that the momentary power failure of the commercial power supply 9 has occurred, and the process proceeds to step 24, and the control means 16 causes the load 1 Then, the operation display means 8 is turned off, power consumption is reduced, reset avoidance operation of the operating state is performed, and this series of operations is ended.

As is apparent from the above description of the embodiments, according to the present invention, loads such as a motor, a water supply valve and a drain valve, power switching means for controlling the operation of the loads, and Power supply opening and closing means for opening and closing the power supply to the load, operation display means for inputting and displaying driving operations and settings, voltage detection means for detecting the voltage of the commercial power supply stepped down, and signal synchronized with the commercial power supply And a control means for controlling the load, the power switching means, the power supply opening / closing means and the operation display means, and the control means is such that the output of the voltage detection means is a predetermined value or less. When the output of the power supply synchronization signal generation means disappears, an instantaneous power failure of the commercial power supply is detected, and when the instantaneous power failure is detected, the display of the load and the operation display means is stopped and the setting is set. And the reset avoidance operation of the operating state are performed, therefore, regardless of the open / close state of the power source opening / closing means, the output state of both the power source synchronization signal generating means and the voltage detecting means is monitored to detect the momentary power failure of the commercial power source. As a result, the instantaneous power failure can be detected with higher accuracy, and by reducing the power consumption, the setting status and
It has excellent performance to avoid resetting the operating state and can improve reliability. Further, by using the voltage detection means instead of the power supply open / closed state detection means, the circuit configuration can be simplified and the cost can be reduced.

Further, the control means detects a failure of the voltage detection means when the time during which the output of the voltage detection means is less than or equal to the predetermined value exceeds a predetermined value, and after the failure detection, the power supply synchronization signal is detected. Performs an instantaneous power failure detection operation of the commercial power supply by monitoring whether or not the output state of the generation means has disappeared,
When a momentary power failure is detected, the display of the load and operation display means is stopped, and the setting and operation status reset avoidance operation is performed. If the voltage detection means fails, the failure can be detected, and even after the failure is detected, the power supply will continue to operate. The output of the synchronization signal generating means can detect the instantaneous power failure of the commercial power source, and the reliability can be further improved.
