2. Description of the Related Art The purpose of installing a disconnecting switch in a power substation or other power transmission and distribution circuits is to connect the power supply side (hereinafter referred to as the primary side) and the load side (hereinafter referred to as the secondary side) of the disconnecting switch. Opening the movable blade ensures reliable separation. Therefore, when performing various work related to the secondary side electric circuit, be sure to open this disconnector for safety. At this time, the terminals corresponding to the blade and the primary side and the circuits connected thereto are charged, and it is necessary to take an insulation measure so as to never contact these parts.
In implementing this insulation measure, the disconnector is often installed at a high place from the viewpoint of safety, so it is also important to consider the ease of insulation work.

With this structure, the above object can be achieved by the following operation according to the present invention. Cover the tubular part of the one-touch protective cover on the top of the receiving blade, apply the collar part opened in the shape of an inverted wedge to the primary terminal, and widen the slit so that the tubular part covers the receiving blade and its supporting insulator. Push the cylindrical protrusion so that it covers the primary terminal and cover it. The mounting operation is completed when the lower end opening of the tubular portion completely covers the base portion of the supporting insulator and the tubular protruding portion completely covers the primary terminal. At this time, in the elastic one-touch protection cover, the inner surface of the tubular portion is brought into close contact with the outer peripheral surface of the support insulator, and the slit is closed to hold the one-touch protection cover itself in that state. On the other hand, when the cylindrical protrusion is inserted into the primary terminal, the slit is closed by the elastic force of the one-touch protective cover itself. Therefore, it is not necessary to fix the one-touch protective cover using a special means.

As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the one-touch protection cover 50 supports the receiving blade 31 and the base portion of the insulator 33 supporting the receiving blade 31, the receiving blade 31 and the tubular portion 10. Primary terminal 3 formed substantially at right angles to the insulator 33
It is formed from a cylindrical protruding portion 20 that protrudes from the side surface of the cylindrical portion 10 so as to cover 2. Further, the slit 5 is provided from the lower surface of the opening end of the tubular protruding portion 20 to the lower end opening of the tubular portion 10. Further, a pair of flanges 2 is formed on the edge of the slit across the slit 5 so as to project outward from the tubular portion 10 and the tubular protruding portion 20. Further, a fold 4 is provided on the inner surface of the open end of the cylindrical protrusion 20. Synthetic rubber is preferable as the constituent material because it requires elasticity and insulating performance. However, the material may be natural rubber or a resin having elasticity. When the tubular portion 10 is attached, it is necessary that the tubular portion 10 be held in close contact with the outer peripheral surface of the support insulator 33 by its elasticity, and further attached in a posture with the lower end opening facing up as in the example of FIG. In many cases, the cylindrical part 1 should be considered so that it is in close contact even if it is installed from the bottom up.
The inner diameter dimension of 0 is preferably slightly smaller than the outer diameter dimension of the support insulator 33. The length of the tubular portion 10 can accommodate from the base of the support insulator 33 to the top of the receiving blade 31,
Moreover, it is preferable that there is a slight margin between the top of the receiving blade 31 and the inner surface of the lid of the tubular portion 10. On the other hand, the cylindrical projecting portion 20 covering the primary terminal 32 can be housed including the primary terminal 32, the circuit terminal connected to the primary terminal 32, and the mounting bolt.
The inner diameter and length of the base and opening are determined.

Covers the blade 31 of the disconnector and its supporting insulator 33 while pushing the cylindrical projection 20 so as to cover the primary terminal 32. The lower end opening of the tubular portion 10 is the support insulator 33.
The mounting work is completed when the base portion of the above is completely covered and the cylindrical projecting portion 20 is also covered with the primary terminal 32. At this time, in the elastic cover 50, the inner surface of the tubular portion 10 is brought into close contact with the outer peripheral surface of the support insulator 33, the slit 5 is closed, and the insulating cover 50 itself is held in that state. On the other hand, when the cylindrical protrusion 20 is inserted into the primary terminal 32, the slit 5 is closed by the elasticity of the insulating cover 50 itself. Therefore, it is not necessary to fix the one-touch protective cover 50 using a special means. Here, the pair of collars 2 formed at the edges of the slit 5 helps prevent the risk of an operator or tools used by the operator coming into contact with the charging portion through the slit 5.

When the primary side electric circuit of the disconnector is a bare conductor made of a round bar or the like, the primary side electric circuit is charged,
It is common to insulate this part during work. A flexible bellows-shaped insulating tube is used for this insulation, and a slit along the longitudinal direction is provided at one location of the tubular body for easy attachment / detachment. Flexible protection tubes (also called edging covers) are often used. In this case, the pleats 4 provided on the inner surface of the open end of the cylindrical protrusion 20 have the bellows-shaped flexible protection tube 35 for insulating the primary side electric path.
The one-touch protection cover 50 and the one-touch protection cover 50 are fitted easily and securely.
