2. Description of the Related Art In recent years, a semi-external type sash mounted on the opening of a building has been widely used. As shown in FIG. 9 and FIG. 10, this semi-external sash is common to each sash except for the individual sash main part 8 which is necessarily different depending on various windows, and on the back side of the sash main part, A vertical mounting piece 81 for mounting the building frame is provided at a position approximately in the center of the expected width, and the indoor side end portion of the sash main part is formed as the building frame mounting piece 82 because the outdoor side projects from the window opening. To secure the fixation, a pair of locking pieces 83, 84 that abut the building frame or the auxiliary member is provided on the back side of the main portion of the sash to stabilize the fixation of the sash frame. Recently, it has begun to use the semi-external sash for so-called continuous windows in which windows are connected horizontally. However, there are various patterns of the structure of the continuous window, for example, the left window is a rotating window and the right window is a sliding door, or one is a tilted window and the other is a knock-off window. In order to correspond to each pattern, it is necessary to prepare many kinds of window sashes having different structures. In particular, in the case where window sashes, one of which is a trapezoidal window and the other of which is a rectangular window, are connected to each other, the structure is complicated, and therefore it is not so generalized. The structure of the continuous window is proposed, for example, in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 55-29677 and Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 57-61071.

However, in these vertical frame connecting portion structures, in addition to the vertical frames on both sides to be connected and the cuboids, eye plates or members equivalent to eye plates are required to make the structure complicated. It takes time both in terms of manufacturing and assembling. Under the above circumstances, the present invention has been made for the purpose of simplifying the structure of the continuous window sash that connects the trapezoidal window and the rectangular window, reducing the number of manufacturing parts, and simplifying the mounting work.

In the trapezoidal window and the rectangular window, upper, lower, left and right frames are combined to form independent windows, and the unit windows are connected by a cuboid member. Where each frame is a semi-external sash and is basically attached to the building frame, the vertical frame connected to the uprights of both windows is stripped or bent at its outdoor side vertical attachment pieces. Or, it is made to be absent from the beginning, and the engaging pieces and the abutting pieces of these vertical frames are attached by abutting them on the main portion of the cuboid member. The cap provided with the horizontal surface portion and the inclined surface portion is provided at a portion projecting to the outside of the building body, so that the cap can be stored well and rain can be prevented from entering. Also, while the outdoor member is provided with the outdoor face plate on the cuboid member, this outdoor face plate engages with the drain of the vertical frame, so that a portion corresponding to the conventional eye plate is formed at this portion, and therefore the eye plate is not necessary. Then, the cap is to be placed on each upper frame of the continuous window.Since the outdoor surface plate is provided on the cubic member as described above, the horizontal plane portion of the cap is not only at least each upper frame, The upper edge of the outdoor surface plate of the cubic material, the vertical draining upper edge of the vertical frame, further supported horizontally on the outdoor upper edge of the vertical frame, and the hanging piece of the cap will cover the outdoor side of the drain and the outdoor surface plate,
By screwing the cap, the cap is brought into close contact with the cap to hide a predetermined gap.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS The present invention will be described below based on the illustrated embodiments. 1 to 4 are embodiments of the present invention, FIG. 1 is a front view of a sash window of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a transverse sectional view of the same, and FIGS. 3 and 4 are XX and YY of FIG. FIG. This continuous window sash consists of sliding windows formed by the upper and lower frames 3 and 4 and the left and right vertical frames 2 and 2, as well as various shoji parts such as snap-in windows and rotating windows, which are semi-external sashes. Two or more sets of window sashes are selected from the window sashes, one is made into a trapezoidal window W1, the other is made into a rectangular window W2, and these window sashes are connected by a vertical member 1 to form a continuous window sash. In the embodiment, both the trapezoidal window W1 and the rectangular window W2 are set as dead windows. Reference numeral 5 denotes a cap screwed into a screw hole of the cubic material 1, and both longitudinal end portions of the cap 5 are located above the upper frame 3 of the trapezoidal window W1 and the rectangular window W2, respectively, as shown in FIG. Since the cap 5 is polymerized on the frame 3, the cap 5 has a role of preventing rainwater from entering the upper part of the portion where the trapezoidal window W1 and the rectangular window W2 are connected to each other via the cuboid 1. As shown in FIG. 5, the vertical frames 2 and 2 forming both the trapezoidal window W1 and the rectangular window W2 are, as shown in FIG. 5, a main body portion 20 and an indoor-side vertical mounting piece 21 that is nailed together to the building frame. And an outdoor-side vertical mounting piece 22 that is nailed to the building frame in a phase at right angles to the indoor-side vertical mounting piece, and protrudes in the indoor direction from a proper position of the outdoor-side vertical mounting piece 22 to the building frame. A locking piece 23a that abuts,
An abutting piece 24 whose tip portion is located on an extension line of the locking piece 23a, and a drainer 25 protruding from the outside of the main body portion 20
And a bent piece 25 facing the indoor side at the tip of this drainer 25
a, the outdoor vertical mounting piece 22 and the mounting piece base 23 are both formed so as to project from the main body portion 20, and the vertical frame attached to the building frame is used as it is. still,
The vertical frame 2'of the portion connecting the trapezoidal window W1 and the rectangular window W2 is
As will be described later, the outdoor-side vertical mounting piece 22 is stripped or bent in alignment with the locking piece 23a when it is used. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 5, a wedge-shaped small cutout groove is formed in the locking piece 23a. It is preferably formed along the line. As a matter of course, the vertical frame 2 ′ may be one without the outdoor-side vertical mounting piece 22 from the beginning. As shown in FIG. 6, the cuboid material 1 includes a main body portion 11, a pair of screw receiving portions 12, 12 at an indoor side end portion of the main body portion 11, and an outdoor surface plate extending left and right on the outdoor side of the main body portion 11. 14 and a pair of groove portions 13 and 13 that are open to the outside and are provided at appropriate positions in the main body portion, and the main body portion 11 is located outside the base portion 23 of the outdoor vertical mounting piece 22 on the outdoor side. The pair of screw receiving portions 12, 12 has a positional relationship in which the screw receiving portions 12, 12 are overlapped with the respective indoor-side vertical mounting pieces 21, 21 of the vertical frame, and the pair of screw receiving portions 12, 12 are formed. The groove portions 13 and 13 have a positional relationship corresponding to the pair of locking pieces 23 a and 24 in the vertical frames 2 and 2, respectively. Further, at the outdoor side end of the main body portion 11, the outdoor side plate 14 is provided with a groove portion 13 of an outdoor side opening that engages with the indoor side bent piece 25a at the tip of the drainer 25 of the vertical frames 2 and 2. The upper and lower frames 3 and 4 of both the trapezoidal window W1 and the rectangular window W2 are for mounting the building frame at the approximate center of the expected width on the back side of the main part of the sash, as in the conventional semi-external sash frame. Vertical mounting pieces 31, 41, mounting pieces 32, 42 at the indoor end of the sash main portion, and a pair of locking pieces 33, 34, 43, 44 on the back side of the sash main portion. The cap 5 includes a horizontal surface portion 51 and an inclined surface portion 54 placed on the upper frames 3 and 3 of the windows W1 and W2, and a rising piece 52 and a hanging piece connected to the front and rear of these surface portions 51 and 54. And 53. Notches 52a and 53a are formed in the rising piece 52 and the hanging piece 53, and the notches 52a and 53a are bent to tilt the trapezoidal window W1 and the rectangular window W2 between the window upper frames as shown. To fit. As a result, the surface portions 51 and 54 cover the drainer piece 25 and the space between the outdoor surface plate 14 and the base portion 23, and the hanging piece 53 covers the outdoor side of the drainer 25 and the outdoor surface plate 14. . Next, the procedure of connecting the left and right trapezoidal windows W1 and the rectangular windows W2 with the upright 1 will be explained. When the pair of vertical frames 2 and 2 and the upright 1 are connected, the vertical installation piece on the outdoor side of the vertical frame. 22 is aligned with the locking piece 23a and peeled or bent. In addition, when the outdoor-side vertical mounting piece 22 is aligned with the locking piece 23a and peeled off, FIG.
It is done at the position of the broken line, and when bent, it is done as shown by the chain double-dashed line. Further, the protruding end 30 of the upper frame 3 of the trapezoidal window W1 on the side of the vertical member is aligned with the vertical frame locking piece 23a and the contact piece 24 to form a notch. This is because the upper frame 3 of the trapezoidal window W1 is swallowed and incorporated into the upper ends of the vertical frames on both sides in view of rain, so that the vertical vertical installation piece 22 of the vertical frame is locked by the locking piece 2.
This is because the upper frame of the trapezoidal window on the side of the cubic material projects when it is stripped or bent in alignment with 3a. Thus, in the trapezoidal window W1, as shown by the chain double-dashed line in FIG.
The outdoor side vertical mounting piece 22 is aligned with the locking piece 23a, and is peeled or bent, and the protruding end 30 is similarly fixed to the vertical frame locking piece 23a.
The notch is formed in line with a and the contact piece 24. Then, the locking piece 23a is engaged with the groove portion 13 of the vertical material, and the indoor vertical mounting piece 21 of the vertical frame and the screw receiving portion 12 of the vertical material are screwed. Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 8, the cap 5 is inserted into the screw hole 15 of the upright 1 by inserting a screw from the horizontal surface portion 51 of the cap 5, and the upper part of the upright is covered. 55 is a mounting bracket, which is the upper frame 3 of the trapezoidal window W1.
It is attached to the end of the vertical material side. This mounting bracket 55
Is provided with a projecting piece 56 on the indoor side, and a sealing material 57 is filled between the projecting piece 56 and the upper frame mounting piece 31. The protrusion 56 of the mounting bracket 55 has substantially the same height as the outdoor-side rising piece 35 of the upper frame 3 so that the inclined surface portion 54 does not sink downward on the indoor side when the cap 5 is attached. Holds the cap 5. In addition, each vertical frame has the same prospective width, and the indoor vertical mounting pieces 21 and 21, the outdoor vertical mounting pieces 22 and 22, the locking piece 23 a, and the contact piece 24.
The mutual positional relationship is the same.

Since the present invention is constructed as described above, even if the window sashes, one of which is a trapezoidal window and the other of which is a rectangular window, are connected to each other, the structure is relatively simple. A continuous window sash can be realized. Moreover, only one type of vertical material needs to be manufactured, and the vertical frame can be used as a vertical frame for all windows with a little work on site, and the number of parts can be suppressed to a minimum. The cap is screwed onto the cuboid, and it has a horizontal surface and an inclined surface, and is provided in a portion that projects outside the building body, so that the structural finish is good and the rainwater can penetrate. I don't have to worry. In addition, while the outdoor surface plate is provided on the vertical material, this outdoor surface plate engages with the water drain of the vertical frame, so that each sash frame and the vertical material are flush with each other and have a clean appearance. Since the one corresponding to the eye plate is formed, therefore, the connection can be firmly made on the outdoor side that receives the external force directly, and by eliminating the eye plate, the structure of the window sash can be simplified and the number of parts can be reduced. The mounting work can be simplified. Then, the cap is to be placed on each upper frame of the continuous window.Since the outdoor surface plate is provided on the cubic member as described above, the horizontal plane portion of the cap is not only at least each upper frame, The upper edge of the outdoor plate of the cubic material, the upper edge of the vertical frame drainer,
Furthermore, it is supported horizontally at the outdoor upper edge of the vertical frame, and
The hanging piece of the cap covers the water drain and the outdoor side of the outdoor face plate, and by screwing the cap, the hanging piece can be brought into close contact with them to conceal a predetermined gap. Conventionally, since eye plates were used, caps were provided at both the upper and lower ends to support the eye plates, but in the present invention, the parts corresponding to the eye plates are formed integrally with the cubic material. Therefore, the lower cap (lower cover) can be eliminated. Further, when the trapezoidal window and the rectangular window are connected in series as in the present invention, unlike the case where the rectangular windows are connected in series,
The problem is the sticking state of the cap. That is, in the conventional case, when the cap is screwed to the cuboid member, no consideration has been given to the member that supports the cap, so that the threaded portion of the cap is dented and, as a result, the cap edge warps. On the other hand, in the present invention, since the cap is supported at many parts as described above, such a warping phenomenon does not occur.
